@justtubeyreturns Take a background shot, then get a box with the bottom cut/folded out, step in it and pull up to your waist. then when editing put background file on lower layer and mask out underneath the box to show backgound in that area - you gotta do it frame-by-frame though... which is a bit of a pain. Hope this helps mate.
