For youube I usually use: Audio: 64 Kbps, 44 KHz, Stereo. Video: 30 fps, 320x240, WMV V8 compression.

&fmt=18 (or) &fmt=6

to the end of the URL, to see YT vids in higher quality? On some vids it works really good. What format do you upload in?
