I like that you do heirloom peaches and I have an observation about an article you wrote for the land institute in 2007. You mention that there will be no peach pickers because the work is transient. I question your wisdom in that observation. That argument was used to continue slavery in the east indies under british colonial rule. Perhaps a greater network for transient workers put on the internet and such would work better than whatever system you currently use.
