such a badass looking durango, looks like the whole front end had been redone. i need to have that done to mine and get it lifted. due to durango's having the weak ass cv joints lifts are impossible without going through the cv's left and right. but its gonna cost around 4 to 6k to have the front end replaced im guessing.

would take a cherokee with the straight 6 over a durango any day, might not be as fast as that nice 5.9 but much more reliable with better low end than any engine in the durangos, and much more trail capable IMO.

Durangos go through anything you throw at them. Even when they're stock. The 4X4 system in them is amazing. I got a 98 with the 5.9 Magnum and I love it! I had to get rid of my 2001 4.7 over the summer because the engine went =( it was a sad day.

The tow strap with the hook is a great way to remove your head. Take it from the guy in northern MN at last years mud run that had his head imploded from this similar set up. No CPR will save you at that point. Do yourself a favor and buy a snatch strap with no hooks or metal of any kind that can come loose and kill or injure you.  Just some advice, I don't want anyone else to have to suffer that fate.
