i dunno how sick her mom was, but her mother wouldn't want her to make money like that, in a materialistic world I doubt it is only raising money to take care of her mom, how can the main guy accept the fact that her lips and vagina have been on the old man's "you know!" For all those who keep calling her a whore. Its indeed she is a whore, but the conflict was she had to do it to take care of her and her mother, thats the conflict of love in the movie. In the car scene with the guy, The guy implies it's nice of her to take care of her mom in such a way. She loves Tuo Hai but had to do it for money for her and her mom. Yet after she fell in love with him she wanted to stop but its too late. Just giving some feedback on her point of view.
