I got into an accident with a 2005 Nissan Maxima today. It hit me the same way as this test, but mine was slightly more head on, and I was hit more towards the hood. The other car stopped like it was a brick wall... totaled the car, and I have minimal damage (front fenders/fender flares, the front quarter panel, and the hood clips broke. That thing saved me from having massive head wounds thanks to the plastic windows. I will never get anything but a TJ now.
@kungfutofu2 cuz the jeep was as bigh as the car that was hiting it plus the force was strong that it made the jeep think it was in a front end crash well i think but yea
Talk about an air bag from the steering wheel. Dang that thing wad huge!

Funny thing is the 97-06 got a better crash test rating in side impacts then the 08- Wrangler did according to the IIHS.

Ya that one wins hands down in any frontal crash, very sturdy design. Probably not so good mpg's though :)
