The southerners are proud of their racist heritage. They still hate Lincoln for what he did and are even more upset by the first African American president. Maybe things will change someday?
If you believe in race, you are a racist. Race was created by elitist Europeans to divide the poor, create conditions for slavery so the people would be too busy looking at each other than the politicians and bankers who bleed them dry. If there is any hope for the USA, race most become obsolete and never used. ...if not, you'll fall right back in the same hole. ...or maybe cause another civil war. Race is not science, it's a lie.
If that's so, then our fore fathers never gave freedom in the 1700's when all the isms existed in their time. So what do you call slavery? Oh was it normal for black people to be slaves? How bout degrading woman from those period? Woman had no say. Ageism has always been around along with nepotism.
Look I believe in the constitution and slavery was a black mark on America and its belief in land of the free. I am just saying under the guise of ism oppression occurs.
And what I was telling you is that America was always under oppression since 1776. Not everyone where free except for white males. The Indians were losing their land and freedom, blacks had no freedom, and women were oppressed. So oppression has always been in America.
Such hypocrisy the writers of the constitution were. How is a man such as Thomas Jefferson who declares that "all men are created equal," own over 300 slaves in his lifetime? You believe in a document written by hypocrites?
Research your history, a great majority of the Founders were well aware of that flaw and were rallying against it. However a number were fearful of the result that could tear apart the newly born nation. Their flaw does not invalidate what they accomplished.
Thomas Jefferson. He was in an interesting predicament. He had slaves, but he couldn't possibly set them free seeing as he was in much debt. He did though educate them and treat them well.
He even spoke out against slavery many times, though once again he and everyone was pressured into the ideal of slavery via society and it's hard to shrug off.
NWOexposer11 No they never gave freedom, what they gave us was a test, they said, 'ok we'll give you a society of government restricted by rules, "a republic", but we'll give you so much entertainment, (sports-television-media), and toys, (gadgets), that while you're distracted we'll legislate it out from under your nose. Golly, this is the Bush Administration which instituted the Patriot Act which is a chip off the old block of Hitler's Enabling Act. The biggest ISMs of all have been CorporatISM and NeoconservatISM. Corporations write the bills in Congress; they bust the Unions, institute wage slavery chaining everyone to credit, and rule with the Federal Gestapo. Look at the marijuana laws and how they are enforced. Marijuana is only a threat to corporate medicine. Wake up sheeple.
@mujaku It is the government that gives legal personhood to corporations to begin with; while I agree with some of the criticisms of corporations by leftists, they seem to miss seeing the whole picture.
This cartoon should be watched by those who have been brainwashed by the evil norm of things. Don't forget to become a delegate for Ron Paul. RP for life.
Brian...I'm an Obama supporter and donater, if he does not make it, and Ron does, he's my guy. I've always liked Ron Paul; the "system" is trying to shut him - can you see it? I am forwarding this cartoon!!!
Obama is a waste of time? Sheesh. Are you a double agent for Hill? I am putting my dollars where my mouth is, I hope you are. The system is trying to shut RP out. We need to hear and support all voices for change including his; whether or not they win the presidency. The White House is only one piece in the revolution for change we must be about. Global the struggle is..."says Yoda". LOL
Other than the fact that's it's put out as propaganda for any purpose it tries to say how labor and management are on an equal playing field and how the school is all racially integrated when a good deal of America was under segregation at that time.
Hillary and company are showing their true colors in this past week, desperately trying to appear like the inevitable choice. The colors they display are neither blue nor red, but a sort of putrid gray. She and Rudy are cut from the same rags. I pray that OB can maintain his balance and dignity in opposition to the political vampires. A good friend attended a Ron Paul meeting and came back fired up to promote his man. Thank God we've got some real choices this time. Y'know?
Did you see her unable to answer a question on the Today show on Monday morning (today as I write this)? The Today show is pretty good about not letting that pass and asked her 3 or more times the SAME question...
i dont wanna ron paul bash anyone, but if this country doesnt vote a non CFR,non new world order endorsee in the white house we are going to be done for, and RP is the only one.

As this election process has continued, I now realize that Ron Paul WILL NOT WIN; not in this round anyway. You know that, be realistic. The best option is to promote change towards a more libertarian view. Although it may not be your best choice, it may be your only choice at this time. I disagree with your statement that we will be done for otherwise. We are not hopeless. OK? Change is still very possible.
You are right, he may not win, and that is all the more reason to be concerned. The reason he wont win, is because his message is snuffed out by the mass media. It is snuffed out because they have an agenda, and he is a threat. The New World Order is VERY serious, and time is running out. While I wish you the best in whom ever you believe in, I am deeply saddened this country has not embraced Paul overwhelmingly.
another interesting note: If any other candidates were a "threat" to the Globalists, and the Global Agenda, then their message would be snuffed out as well. Ron Paul is the only one labeled a "cook", given no debate time, made fun of, and even us, his supporters have been labeled "possible domestic terror threats" if you look at whats going on, its not hard to see...
Excellent reflections. I did not know that those idiots were targeting RP supporters as terrorists. Their only real device of control is FEAR, and those who do not dis spell the fraud get caught in the trap. I am thankful for this forum and people like you. Like MLK Jr. did in the 60's we must link arms and force change. It CAN happen.
Time is NOT running out. Time has ALREADY run out. It's too late. Civilization (not just the USA, not just Western Civilization, but HUMAN civilization as a whole) has, at best, two generations left to live.
Ron Paul's ideas would've been good when he ran the first time in 1988, but at this point, they would actually do more harm than good.
E.g., we can't go back to the gold standard. There's not enough gold on the planet to cover our debt and still leave enough for a functioning economy.
½ of that happened under a President named "Bush." ¾ under a President named "Reagan" or "Bush."
So much for the idea that the Republican Party is the Party of FISCAL RESPONSIBILITY.
George W. Bush, in JUST his FIRST term, JUST his FIRST FOUR YEARS — not counting ANY of 2008, 2007, 2006, nor 2005 past Jan. 21, added more FOREIGN debt than *ALL* PRIOR PRESIDENTS *COMBINED!*
I we went back on the gold standard with all the dollars currently in circulation divided by amount of gold left in Fort Knox I would have to say the new price for gold would be $100K an ounce or more. This is just a guess because we don't know how many dollars are in circulation since the "fed" stopped sharing M3 data in 2006 and there has not been an audit on the gold in Fort Knox since the 1950's
Tell me how you KNOW he will not win? Mass Media? The only way I see RP not win is if they cheat (and they may!) Huckabee - who moved into a "Top Tier" status tried to do a "Money Bomb" of his own. Now remember - according to the Mass Media - He has a shot. On his "Money Bomb" he raised $95,000!! That's it! Ron Paul during the exact same time (No Money Bomb) raised over $100,000. Tell me something isn't wrong with that picture!!
8:49-"When any body preaches disunity, tries to pit one of us against the other, through class warfare, race hatred or religious intolerance, you know that person seeks to rob us of our freedom, and destroy our very lives." Sounds like a lot of the youtubers bought this potion. Thank God many of you are awake! "And we know what to do about it!"
I remember seeing this when I was a kid in the 1970s. It was pretty dated even then, but the message rings true even today. It might be interesting if some creative type could update or re-do this cartoon in a more modern style, but it is effective as is.

I believe Ron Paul should talk to Michael Savage about being his running mate. One Reason I Support Ron Paul is because a lot of his values are like Michael Savage's sentiments. Michael Savage has gotten 20 million votes on his website to run for office.
Savage... ugh. Has he stopped pimping widespread violence as a foreign policy yet? I wouldn't want him anywhere near the levers of power, personally. Good storyteller though, and for all I know he really is a patriot, albeit not one I think would draw a lot of voters beyond his audience.
I used to think the same thing. I tried a dozen times to call into Savvage to ask him if he supports Ron Paul and if not Y? Everytime I would get there and mention RP the screener would just hang up as soon as heard RP come out my mouth! I'm forced to realize that Savage might be just like the rest. If the war is the only reason Savage would not support RP I think that is in no way a good reason to not use his radioi show to help Ron Paul restore the Constitution.
What happened to cartoons like this? The last lines were the most profound: "When anybody preaches disunity, tries to pit one of us against the other, through class warfare, race hatred, or religious intolerance, you know that person seeks to rob us of our freedoms and destroy our very lives."
Amen to that. The Government Media Complex frequently talks about Religion with the intention of dividing people and having them question their Faith and if there is a God. They've been trying to Put peaceful religious people in the same boat as radical Islam. Ron is the only Canidate with the Ballz to stand up against a North American Union.
we lost our passion for freedom because the younger generations never had to fight for it; people are growing up believing it will always be there like the air they breathe. this apathy is destroying america
Why do Americans put all their hopes into one leader? Isn't it a democracy? It's like Americans are ensuring that their president continues to have unreasonable powers. It really shouldn't matter that much who fills that position. Why not just cut back on presidential powers, and it won't matter who gets in.
That is not how it was originally set up. The system has been torqued and tweaked over many years to allow a dictator. It is supposed to be a system of checks and balances. Directive 51 eliminates those checks and balances.
Most definitely! Anyone who thinks they have passed all these laws (most of which, as you know, are actually Executive Orders and Presidential Directives), without intending to use them, is in denial. One flew over the cuckoo's nest?
It's not a democracy, it's a republic, but other than that you're quite right, wantabanana. Joe Sobran pointed that out some time ago, and I'm sure many others have as well.
We do need to shrink the gummint, and Ron Paul wants to help us do it.
Interesting how what looks like an anti-Communist propaganda cartoon from the 1950s fits the current fight against Neo-con-ism. Nothing has changed much in the last 60 years, except that the snake oil salesmen peddling their "isms" are currently in power. Time to show them the door...
What happened to this country??? We have sold our lady liberty to the devil himself otherwise called Mr. Ism. It's a sad state of affairs we find ourselves in today. May we all find the strength and courage to overcome the corruption we have created for ourselves.

Wake up sheeple.
mujaku 4 years ago 9
@mujaku
Wage slavery? What should we recieve instead of wages?
Maxx4446 1 year ago
@mujaku It is the government that gives legal personhood to corporations to begin with; while I agree with some of the criticisms of corporations by leftists, they seem to miss seeing the whole picture.

This cartoon should be watched by those who have been brainwashed by the evil norm of things. Don't forget to become a delegate for Ron Paul. RP for life.

the part where the giant smurf replaced the head of the politician to say everything is fine over and over really struck a cord.

Brian...I'm an Obama supporter and donater, if he does not make it, and Ron does, he's my guy. I've always liked Ron Paul; the "system" is trying to shut him - can you see it? I am forwarding this cartoon!!!
mrdsterry 4 years ago 3
Glad you like this. Obama is a waste of my time, but hey, it's a free country (well, you know what I mean)!
AmericanPatriot2008 4 years ago
Obama is a waste of time? Sheesh. Are you a double agent for Hill? I am putting my dollars where my mouth is, I hope you are. The system is trying to shut RP out. We need to hear and support all voices for change including his; whether or not they win the presidency. The White House is only one piece in the revolution for change we must be about. Global the struggle is..."says Yoda". LOL

Am I aware that it is a propaganda cartoon? Certainly - but how do you LIKE the propaganda?
AmericanPatriot2008 7 months ago
@AmericanPatriot2008
Not very much since it's inherently dishonest?

@AndroidPolitician
Inherently dishonest? Please explain...
AmericanPatriot2008 7 months ago
@AmericanPatriot2008
Other than the fact that's it's put out as propaganda for any purpose it tries to say how labor and management are on an equal playing field and how the school is all racially integrated when a good deal of America was under segregation at that time.
AndroidPolitician 7 months ago
Also freedom of speech basically didn't exist in the late 40s when this film was made.

Good deal, I'm glad you're open-minded. I hope Obama kicks Hillary's rear end.
regusted 4 years ago
Hillary and company are showing their true colors in this past week, desperately trying to appear like the inevitable choice. The colors they display are neither blue nor red, but a sort of putrid gray. She and Rudy are cut from the same rags. I pray that OB can maintain his balance and dignity in opposition to the political vampires. A good friend attended a Ron Paul meeting and came back fired up to promote his man. Thank God we've got some real choices this time. Y'know?

As this election process has continued, I now realize that Ron Paul WILL NOT WIN; not in this round anyway. You know that, be realistic. The best option is to promote change towards a more libertarian view. Although it may not be your best choice, it may be your only choice at this time. I disagree with your statement that we will be done for otherwise. We are not hopeless. OK? Change is still very possible.
mrdsterry 4 years ago
You are right, he may not win, and that is all the more reason to be concerned. The reason he wont win, is because his message is snuffed out by the mass media. It is snuffed out because they have an agenda, and he is a threat. The New World Order is VERY serious, and time is running out. While I wish you the best in whom ever you believe in, I am deeply saddened this country has not embraced Paul overwhelmingly.
usernametaken73 4 years ago 3
another interesting note: If any other candidates were a "threat" to the Globalists, and the Global Agenda, then their message would be snuffed out as well. Ron Paul is the only one labeled a "cook", given no debate time, made fun of, and even us, his supporters have been labeled "possible domestic terror threats" if you look at whats going on, its not hard to see...
usernametaken73 4 years ago 3
Excellent reflections. I did not know that those idiots were targeting RP supporters as terrorists. Their only real device of control is FEAR, and those who do not dis spell the fraud get caught in the trap. I am thankful for this forum and people like you. Like MLK Jr. did in the 60's we must link arms and force change. It CAN happen.
mrdsterry 4 years ago
Time is NOT running out. Time has ALREADY run out. It's too late. Civilization (not just the USA, not just Western Civilization, but HUMAN civilization as a whole) has, at best, two generations left to live.
Ron Paul's ideas would've been good when he ran the first time in 1988, but at this point, they would actually do more harm than good.
E.g., we can't go back to the gold standard. There's not enough gold on the planet to cover our debt and still leave enough for a functioning economy.
COMALiteJ 3 years ago
We can't reinstate the gold standard because there's not enough gold to cover or debt?! You assume that "debt" is real my friend!
clayrains 3 years ago
You don't think it's real? What is it, then?
$10 trillion.
A trillion is a MILLION MILLION!
COMALiteJ 3 years ago
I we went back on the gold standard with all the dollars currently in circulation divided by amount of gold left in Fort Knox I would have to say the new price for gold would be $100K an ounce or more. This is just a guess because we don't know how many dollars are in circulation since the "fed" stopped sharing M3 data in 2006 and there has not been an audit on the gold in Fort Knox since the 1950's
DontTread0nMe1776 3 years ago
Tell me how you KNOW he will not win? Mass Media? The only way I see RP not win is if they cheat (and they may!) Huckabee - who moved into a "Top Tier" status tried to do a "Money Bomb" of his own. Now remember - according to the Mass Media - He has a shot. On his "Money Bomb" he raised $95,000!! That's it! Ron Paul during the exact same time (No Money Bomb) raised over $100,000. Tell me something isn't wrong with that picture!!

InfiniteEternalLove 4 years ago
Savage...

If the war is the only reason Savage would not support RP I think that is in no way a good reason to not use his radioi show to help Ron Paul restore the Constitution.
vanashby 4 years ago
How many Savage fans are also Ron Paul fans - If he can put pressure to stop the Dubai Ports deal we can put pressure on him to support Ron Paul.
OctoBox 4 years ago
Wow, what a horrible idea. Leaving aside the fact that Savage is nuts, he and Paul differ deeply on the most fundamental issue before us; the war.
eriklaurence 4 years ago
Savage believes they want to kill us for our freedoms and we should go over there and kick ass.
Ron Paul understands that we were attacked because of our policies.
Savage thinks the terrorists could win, Paul understands that the only way the terrorists win is by us handing it to them.
Savage is happy to hand away freedom for security. Ron Paul is a libertarian. Savage is nationalist.

What happened to cartoons like this? The last lines were the most profound: "When anybody preaches disunity, tries to pit one of us against the other, through class warfare, race hatred, or religious intolerance, you know that person seeks to rob us of our freedoms and destroy our very lives."
Quasifonix 4 years ago 3
Amen to that. The Government Media Complex frequently talks about Religion with the intention of dividing people and having them question their Faith and if there is a God. They've been trying to Put peaceful religious people in the same boat as radical Islam. Ron is the only Canidate with the Ballz to stand up against a North American Union.

Why do Americans put all their hopes into one leader? Isn't it a democracy? It's like Americans are ensuring that their president continues to have unreasonable powers. It really shouldn't matter that much who fills that position. Why not just cut back on presidential powers, and it won't matter who gets in.
Wantabanana 4 years ago
It's a republic which elects representatives through a democratic process. The constitution doesn't mention "democracy" once.
CatoQuip 4 years ago 5
lol then its going to look like the cartoon where the farmer and the polition were fighting
vasglorious 4 years ago
That is not how it was originally set up. The system has been torqued and tweaked over many years to allow a dictator. It is supposed to be a system of checks and balances. Directive 51 eliminates those checks and balances.
Circle14 4 years ago 4
Most definitely! Anyone who thinks they have passed all these laws (most of which, as you know, are actually Executive Orders and Presidential Directives), without intending to use them, is in denial. One flew over the cuckoo's nest?
AmericanPatriot2008 4 years ago
It's not a democracy, it's a republic, but other than that you're quite right, wantabanana. Joe Sobran pointed that out some time ago, and I'm sure many others have as well.
We do need to shrink the gummint, and Ron Paul wants to help us do it.

Interesting how what looks like an anti-Communist propaganda cartoon from the 1950s fits the current fight against Neo-con-ism. Nothing has changed much in the last 60 years, except that the snake oil salesmen peddling their "isms" are currently in power. Time to show them the door...
