Lafreze was in love with Orpheus (the guy) and he was only using her to get his lover out of Hades. He slept with her to open the door to Hades then left Lafreze and tried escaping with his lover but couldn't because Lafreze cursed him and Orpheus' lover stayed in Hades.

To correct your example.. Its more like turning up to an opera house that a specific singer is singing at and hearing her for the first time,then making your judgment after the concert. That is what I did with this video. I heard her sing for the first time, listened the whole piece, and gave my judgment. That doesn't mean I don't like sound horizon, it means I don't enjoy this particular singer.

She /can/ sing better -- or maybe the studio just manages to make it sound like she can, I don't know. At any rate, she sounds a million times better on the recordings.

In a studio you can sing your words a million times untill the voice sounds good. You're not moving, you're relaxed...and the song can be recroded by parts, and not all in once. That's why everything sounds so much better in studio.

What is this song about? I love Sound Horizon but I can't find any translations for their songs.

Uhm, the witch at the start has a daughter who guards the gates to hell. The with warns her not to fall in love with the boy because he'd use her. The boy and her had sex and then while she is upset? he grabs hold of his dead wife and escapes with her from hell. Then the girl curses him.
