Thanks Dude. Everyone has there own way of doing things. When I'm training push ups I do them Mon-Sat. You need to advance 3 push ups every week to get to 90. The way I do it is Every 5th workout I advance 5 push ups. Try it and see how you feel. Keep me posted.
Thanks Buddy. I'm very happy with my cardio righ now. Because of squats and Deads I can't run distance only sprints so I do different things and i try to do endurance sets like these push ups.
That was very impressive! I couldn't do that.The fact that you kept your reps high every set was most impressive and then add in the fact that you're nearly 46 yrs old is incredible! I don't think at my weight that I could do 90 reps and i sure couldn'r keep doing sets of it.......BRAVO ANDREW!

Raising and lowering legs from just above floor to vertical to failure, no time limit but non stop.
And ;
Holding legs up 12 inches off the floor as long as possible.
Kylepounds did 500 leg raises non stop and a 5 minute hold. I think thats the youtube record. Tough challenges, but you are obviously a tough guy!!
