it stands for "Acquire The Fire" a Conference sponsored by Teen Mania Ministries (started by Ron Luce) The conference features various speakers (including Ron) and music from some of the top Contemporary Christian music acts in the industry.

Aquire the fire rocks. I send my teens every year and they have been on the summer missions trip with them called Global Expeditions. They love it and it impacted their life for God almost more than anything else we have done.
