The BBC, thus the license fee payer pay for it to be made, but you can only watch it on the TV in this country, or BBC iPlayer. This youtube channel is BBC worldwide so non of the license fee goes towards working this channel, instead advertising fees are used to fund this channel.

If you look the BBC have two different channels, BBC, and BBC Worldwide.

BBC is funded by tax payer for the UK

BBC WorldWide is funded by adverts for the rest of the world.

Yeh that's all well and maybe, but BBC own the copyright because the British public paid the TV licence for them to obtain the copyright, pay the guests wages and create the show. Of all the shit they churn out than 90% of people don't want to pay for and don't watch, then the 10% they do make that's half decent they exploit it for every further penny they can get.

They actually hit each other with their props. On the Vic Reeves Big Night Out DVD there is an interview in which they say that they used to go away with bruises and once Vic hit Bob with the wrong end of the prop and actually hurt him. They're fantastic!
