Courtney didn't cheat to vote off Owen. Her vote was legit, but since Owen, Beth, Justin, and Lindsay voted off Courtney (which according to her lawsuit, they couldn't and it wouldn't count as a vote she was invincible for episode 13, meaning only Courtney's vote counted.) She voted for Owen.

It's NOT cheating. Her lawsuit said she couldn't be voted off. Technically since O,B,J,and L voted for Courtney, their vote didn't count, however, only Courtney's vote counted since she went by the rules. So in other words, there was only one vote.
