i know Guatemala can be difficult. Some of these folks live up on the hill and they carry their stuff. It's like walking up a mountain to go home. Well anyway, Mayan folks remind me of early Christians. It's not a heavy handed civilization but physically tough for the for most everyone, as far as i can tell. I hope somethin' happens before "modern culture" blows everything up and contaminates whats left. i have fond memories of this culture.
