I have watched your videos over and over! U R Great, You are a beautiful woman and so very energetic and inspiring. Thank You so much for motivating me. I have just packed on the weight and I am so depressed with the way I look and I am ready now to REALLY do something about it. How is your weightloss coming now? Are you maintaing alright?
