Hi! Thank you for this helpful video. By the way, I hear many people keep on talking about Kinovelax Diet Plan (just google it), but I'm not sure if it is good. Have you tried using Kinovelax Diet Plan? I've heard many amazing things about it and my work buddy lost tons of weight with it, but she refuses to tell me :(
Hey! Thanks for this useful video. By the way, I hear many people keep on talking about Kinovelax Diet Plan (google it), but I'm not sure if it's good. Have you considered Kinovelax Diet Plan? I've heard several unbelivable things about it and my sister lost tons of weight with it, but she refuses to tell me :(
Hello! Thanks a lot for this helpful video. By the way, I notice lots of people keep on talking about Kinovelax Diet Plan (do a search on google), but I'm not sure if it is good. Have you thought about Kinovelax Diet Plan? I've heard many great things about it and my work buddy lost a lot of weight with it, but she refuses to tell me :(
@BootCampFX Hell ...... yeah i can see that damn beast.. mode......... Shits motivated me but my will probably be close falling but i good balance.......... haven't done shits like that since wrestling practice.........
The most important thing to take into account is that each of our bodies is different and that they respond differently to cardiovascular and stress tests. So, in order to lose weight fast, you have to know your body.
@chaaaaaaad1 Plyometrics take advantage of elastic energy and the stretch reflex to facilitate maximal increase in muscle fiber recruitment. During plyometric stair push ups there is an eccentric phase, amortization phase and a concentric phase. The chest musculature reaches maximal tension during the eccentric phase. The stretch reflex activates upon landing and contributes to the rebounding countermovement.
@BootCampFX So in general, would this suggest that forcing your muscles to absorb a mid-height drop (jumping off of a box that's higher than your vertical for example) is more valuable than using a quick, explosive concentric phase? Obviously many good exercises utilize both aspects, but is the landing actually the single more effective component?
@LayEmOut60 My best results have come from training each component separately. Concentric training on fresh legs early in the week on fresh legs then focus on overloading the eccentric component the next training session.
if yo ass fall you screwed lol
