I think you should throw the smoke a bit longer in to B to just get the cover from the boxes right inn front because CT see you quicker when you coming out of the smoke.
I honestly think that will fail completely, I can't say it will for sure because I haven't tried it. In the video the T's rush B and they flash outside the site not even inside, the CT covering B will have a free kill because the guy is going to be running around with nades. Also if I see two smokes I would get the guy covering mid to stay lower B and when I see 5 T's rushing in he will get you from the back. I think this strat is a fail.
Thats why they throw the smokes early. The delay running to B tunnel is enough time for the enemy to consider double nading the tunnel or not. And if you'll notice they have a guy camping tunnel to avoid the flank from behind. If you're really bad without good weapons this is a good way to start.

well, first of all, not any team above mid skilled goes B first round.
and if i was ct and was at B, and i see 2 smokes in front of tunnels, i would dubbel nade it, and i would get someting nice for a movie...
