This totally summed up and wrapped up my lolla 2011 weekend. I was ankles deep in mud, soaked, shirtless, drunk, and exhausted beyond comprehension, but i still was screaming my lungs out to every song and was literally dancing like a maniac with anyone around me.

At the end of the show when everyone was walking out, me and this random guy saw each other and just started hugging for no other reason than the simple fact that we knew we had both just witnessed something that was truly AMAZING...

What an amazing show (as always) from Mr. Grohl and co. He really has turned into a world-class frontman in the last few years. I'll never forget in '94 he said "I'm not the most vocal person in the world" at the Video Music Awards. He sure went and changed that in a big hurry!

PS - I'm willing to bet good money that his rant about computers at rock shows was a subtle dig at Muse. Great band, but I've seen them five times since 2006 and not one bad note or mistake. Ever.

God, this show was indescribably insane. My friend and I were about ten rows from the stage. We waited there from 3 to 8 for the Foos and they killed it! Unfortunately, we had to leave an hour into the show due to my friend's exhaustion (she was SO worn out), but the part we did see was amazing. The rain during "My Hero" and then the sky clearing up just as Dave sings "Don't you remember it was rain that drowned you" during "Arlandria" Damn... I'll never forget those moments.
