  • Awesome!!!

  • That. Thing. Is. HUGE!

  • Hi I checked mp3 file.

I t was very very nice. GOOOOOOD JOB

    8th string add confotable bass.

STD. guitar can not sustain bass note

in allegro part. I have often thought if there

is only one more course for bass when I play

my trans of bach on std guitar.

    Plz upload whole version video.

  • Pleas play till the end of prelude.

Wanna see how fast u would play

    PRESTO part.

I think 11&12th measures are hard part for left hand.

In Allegro & Lent ,8th string will be effective

if tuned in contra A. IMHO ;--

  • @eguchonjapan : you can check out the mp3 of the studio recording at Alexander's website vynograd.com

  • He plays it like a keyboard....

  • This is what I love about youtube!!! we can see all the talented people around the world! this guy is awesome.

  • looks like this guy could give Tosin Abasi a run for his money.

  • That noob didn't use the B and G string ^_^

  • That's awesome indeed I'm stunned, I want that technique man

  • Amazing!!!

  • so beautiful!

  • ..........Wow..awesome!

  • What's the name of the piece on 00:29 ???

  • @Giulio7exc it's one of Alexander's etudes

  • @Giulio7exc es un preludio de bach

  • I'm guessing the 7 string would be B, and then G as the eight.

  • BRAVO!

  • spasiba ogromnoe

  • awesome playing!

  • One of the best guitarists i have ever seen!

  • I've never heard anything like this guy .. and I've heard some good ones.

  • thats insane, too bad the audio is off... can anyone translate?

  • I can)

  • in this prelude he use teqnique of two pairs PM and A and demonstrate it in his personal etude

  • alguien tiene esa partitura?

  • really good guitar player

  • whoa.

  • increible

  • this sounds like the song from napolean dynamite like on the end

  • its also the song at the end of It's All Gone Pete Tong. I think its called "symposium for newfound harmony" not too sure though, but its something along those lines.

  • nah, its called Music For a Found Harmonium.

  • so good i like metal but i respect anyone whos good at any intrument

  • Increible, realmente magnifico, requiere de una tecnica depurada e impecable para obtener los resultados que este guitarrista posee. Exelente por la tecnica guitarristica, seria bueno que grabara el video completo y lo subiera ya que es demaciado breve.

  • INSANE!

  • NICE !! I will have to still this picking :))

  • This etude, is there sheet music for it? I mean, this thing in writing... it's hard to pick it quite right from this small excerpt.

  • It's Bach's Prelude No. 02 in C minor from Book 1 of the The Well-Tempered Clavier.

  • He plays Bach, yes, but he also mentions one of his own studies where he uses this technique. Actually, you can download this study from his site; I did, it sounds interesting. I was wondering if there's sheet music for that particular piece.

  • Unfortunately, he doesn't usually write down the scores. :(

  • You have to check out Alexander's website! I just listened to Alexander playing Bach's Toccata & Fugue in C minor BWV847. Mere words are insufficient to describe this. It is simply stunning. The way that Alexander brings out the voices in this piece is incredibly beautiful. It is flawless. I get goosebumps listening to it.

  • Cool! I've never heard of an eight string guitar. This guy is incredible. Too bad I couldn't understand a word he said.

  • the extra strings are low b and high a

  • how is an 8 string classical tuned?

  • pls. refer to Alexander's website

  • I am wondering the same thing.

  • @nightrainiii i would imagine standard for 8 string F#BEADGBE

  • @nightrainiii i would imagine standard for 8 string F#BEADGBE just like 6 string classics are tuned unless a certain peice calls for a different tuining

  • ''ALEXANDER VYNOGRAD'' is the new name of the classical guitar for sure!

    Thanx Maestro!

    Onur YAZGAN.

  • Vynograd is a Genial Guitar player

    It is true

    He is wonder

  • NO! that's impossible! shit!

  • too many strings... i'll stick to my ukulele

  • awesome!

too bad the video is out of sync....is there any chance to have a video link of this guy playing the whole Bach's prelude?
