  • either way it fucking goes the cops are still wrong. why even try and argue against it when it''s right there in your fucking face? stop being so damn stubborn and speak out against police brutality.

  • @HawkZBig He was non-compliant with the officer...and there was an ARMED ROBBERY call. You don't understand police procedure and feel you should defy the police...wake up, be compliant and you won't get a beat down...and all police brutality cases you come up with always start with a non compliant subject.

  • Hhhhm. I don't think I've ever heard a cop order you to "walk over and get in my face!" I'm pretty sure this suspect wasn't exactly acting in a genial manner.

  • Get down nigga

  • Just senseless

  • Fuck all cops. There are more of us armed than you fucks. FUCK THE POLICE STATE!

  • I know black cops who dont like blacks.

  • POLICE ARE TERRORIST COWARDS

  • Well did any notice that the suspect was improperly parked and appeared to be yelling at the officer and then walked right up to the door of the patrol car which is a big no no

  • @E5danglin

I was about to post something similar. It is protocol to not let a suspect approach you in a manner such as this. If the officer was doing his job correct, he was probably screaming at the man to stay where he was, or even "get down on the ground". You're innocent and feeling slandered? Fantastic. You STILL have to do what the police tell you. AFTER THE FACT, feel free to sue if you believe it is warranted. But until then, it is much more intelligent to follow lawful commands.

  • @WTAdair

He would just record it to some national computer date base lenders set up. Instead of filing with the county recorders office like the law said. Some of the homes are being foreclosed on 4 or 5 times. If you get your lawyer to ask for the title to be produced will most of the time stop the foreclosure. You may have to federal court.

  • @WTAdair

Most of the forecloses are frauds. No one can produce the title for the property. In most cases the original lender when he sold the loan destroyed the real title after he got his money. Some times he would sell it two and three time to different banks.

  • The video does not show much as to what happened to the suspect or what the police were doing. How do we know he was beaten or if he was properly arrested?

  • WTF!!!!!! how are these officers being "CROOKED"??? the person that posted this video is a moron!! posting the video is not the problem, but why use derogatory comments against the police department.

  • this could be an easy answer.. It looks as though the guy hesitated to go to the officers car as probably asked. When he got there its very simple. As an officer you have a choice, if the guy looked like he was going for his pockets etc. the officer has to do what he can if he thinks he may be reaching for something. You try confronting somoene not knowing if they ahve a gun or not and see what you do.. It looks as thought maybe a complaint was called.. dont be so damn quick to judge!

  • From my perspective of the video, the officer calls over the guy babimahogany proclaim is innocent, the guy attempted to run and is grabbed and taken to the ground by the officer. From there the camera shot is blocked by the guy's jeep and other officers came to assist. From a video alone, I am hesitant to say police brutality.

  • Looks just like a vid from Vermont except the victim was a female. She called the police after her boyfriend got drunk & beat her up.

The police came & when she wouldn't tell them who she called on her cell phone, the pounded her brains into the hood of the cop car.

She got a lawyer after the cops arrested her for letting them beat the ever living crap out of her. The police/ town settled for only around $30,000.

    Cops are often completely psycho.

  • the suspect looked far from cooperative and your rambling statement says he was seemingly cooperative. you have a hardon for police hatred, and i bet you would bitch like a schoolgirl to the cops if McDonalds took your lunch money and told you they were out of nuggets! lol

  • OCCUPATIONS MORE CROOKED THAN BEING A POLICE OFFICER: (1)politicians(2)NSA, CIA, and other branches of government that we couldn't imagine has a hand in this crookedness or branches that we are unaware of their existance (3)lawyers (4)pharmesutical companies (5)police HAHAHA!

  • you probably wouldn't last 1 day as an officer

  • @babimahogany what's your point?

  • no sir you are being too negative I'm sharin truth for those who'll choose to listen, keep your negativity to your self, life already serves us enough of that shit!

  • he did not swing at the officer, get your eyes checked; he walked with identification in hand like he was asked to do by the officer (whom by the way had no probable cause or suspicion).

  • Bureau of Labor Statistics, Census of Fatal Occupational Injuries: Occupations more dangerous than being a police officer:(1) Timber cutters,(2) Fishermen, (3) Airplane pilots, (4) Miners, (5) Farmers, (6) Construction laborers, (7) Truck drivers, (8) Groundskeepers, (9) Laborers (non-construction, (10) Bus drivers, AND LAST: (11) Police and detectives.

  • Yeah i'm sure Atlanta cops just pull up at stores for no reason with lights and sirens and pick random people to slam. By the way the officer and offender were both black so stop paying the race card. The robbery call was a block away and the victim said the suspect had fled to the store in the video. They

  • Well according to internal affairs there were no 911 calls made for that location or sufrrounding area for a robbery. For the record the VICTIM OF POLICE BRUTALITY that you see in the video, has been close friends of the owners and all employees of that store for over 10 years. He was there to pick his long time friend up from work as he does every night.

  • if there is a sign on the building that says no loitering the officer has every right to question him as he is breaking the law whether he is friends with the owner and employees would only come to effect on him in the case of charges being pressed or dropped.. learn your laws.

  • The officer has a right to question him, not tackle and beat him.

  • @2204Alpha It's called institutional racism

  • Comment removed

  • @2204Alpha you can have race on race racism.....police profile (some)

  • another loser who was bullied at school go and live in china mr communist

  • hahaha:)

  • Thats in Center Hill. Zone 1

  • lol u can see da other dude tryin to get his shit packed up to leave cuz he doesnt want to be a witness..

  • everyone has an opinion, but to be clear for those who don't know he was told to leave after he was trying to tell them what was going on. He like others did't wan't to end up in the same position.

  • This was bad, if anything speaking from my own experience in a similar incident where I was walking and a cop tried to run me down with his car.His approach to the first car officer was fast the second car may have viewed his approach as aggresive.Still no reason to beat him.

  • actually he was told to come they were just fucking with another innocent man that was minding his business.
