@MakingLove80 very simple, you have a good program like Camtasia which can record the systems sound and a microphone, you have to have two sound cards or a usb headset :)
OR... he can open up the video with his voice on it, export the audio and open it up in Audacity and add music to it, save it, and put it back in the video editor and export the whole thing.

any decent video editor has audio and audio 2 features...(note: Windows Movie Maker is anything but decent)
