I just found it funny because when Stephen asked the question they both "shouted" WE ARE, thus saying they are the lords of "shouting". Even if you haven't figured it out yet I'm just going to give up because as Jimmy Carr said dissecting a joke is a bit like dissecting a frog. No one's that interested and the frog dies.

I just thought that since they both had that answer ready, that it was some reference that I wasn't getting. I was looking for some insight, but I guess I was reading too much into it.
