God does have a sense of humour, we have a sense of humour and unlike other animals we are made in in his image (I don't mean in the physical sense, but things like creativity, morals etc). Animals don't have a sense of humour, so it's not something that everything has. And since there is no law he made saying you can't have a good time and joke with one another providing it's not immoral, it would be safe to say God does find things funny. Therefore he has a sense of humour.
