  • RIP Major Richard Winters

  • At the part of the movie were they are done with bastone and assault the town of foy. I-company had to be warned for artillery on the other side of town. Respect for Lt. speirs he runned through the germans defences and all across town to warn them. and HE CAME BACK. that requires some braveness and gut. Band of brothers <3

  • Malarkey?

  • Where is Captain Sobal? Did he survive? It was his training of these men that helped them to survive. I think his contribution to their being here can be attributed to the training they received under Sobal in jump school.

  • could they not have been afforded better accommodations????...it looks like a cheap apartment complex.

  • Wow, this brings back memories...I float in and out of a few scenes.

  • when I mean cast -- I mean FOOT cast xD

  • I am curious, Is Matthew Settle in the cast?

  • @XxGermanBitchxX Yes, he plays Ron Speirs. (not sure of the spelling)

  • I kinda got the feeling that the guy shooting this didn't really know what he was doing:P

  • is lt speirs in this at all?

  • Words can not explain how thankfull we are for them, and the others who served and serve today

  • who the guy wearing a black cap?

  • the sad thing is that I bet most people have no idea what these guys did and what challenges they faced and stood up to in a time of war.. We take it for granted and may even get pissed that these old people are driving to slow but although they may be old, they're fucking heroes that took action when our country needed them.. Much respect to all of these guys.. true fucking heroes..

  • The sad thing is that these vets will be gone in 10-20 years and WW2 will have no live people on the front line to tell the story but I guess that's history.. We all have a limited time on this earth and it will be sad when the day comes that the last WW2 vet passes away but I guess that's history.. In the era I've grown up in (born 1983)some of us have grand parents that are vets but they're aging and time will take its course. I hate to think that way with such heroes !

  • Paul Sumner, looking good. And even I made a couple of shots! Magical time.

  • Agree with u all !!!

  • The war in Iraq would have been enden for a long time ago, if these guys fought it...

  • @TheLordHodne the war in iraq is a political war.. not a militaristic.

  • @SteevisPeevis The Vietnam war was the same way.Politics and war do not mix.

  • @SteevisPeevis

yea... It wasn't ment to taken literally, more as an tribute to great men.

  • Rough and tough sons of bitches..... Greatest generation ever.

  • @zsheik22

Yup, today's kids would shit themselves and probably fold.

  • @zsheik22

    Unlike my gerenation...

Teenagers these days don't have any sense of patriotism anymore and laugh at the idea of 'a brotherhood'

  • @Kolashov I agree. Kids now a days have no idea why their here. No respect. They don't know or care and it makes me sick to my stomach.

  • @thejbwade I must admit...it's mostly true. I am a teen now, but I would say I really do appreciate all they did. Watching Band of Brothers didn't glorify war for me. It made me really appreciate all the bravery and sacrifices these men made for this country. It's truly heroic and worth commending...It is sad many kids in my generation don't appreciate what these men did. Of course, not all of them are like that, but I wish there was a way for kids these days to appreciate history more...

  • @Kolashov Not all teenagers, some teenagers respect the idea of a brotherhood. I'm an example, i find all the ones that laugh at this very idiotic barbaric people.

  • I would have loved to have been there. Just to have stood in a corner, not saying anything. and have said that I was, in the company of Heroes

  • it would be so cool to be able to have a conversation with them and get inside what they experienced

  • easy company was truly a great their are the heroes... the world depend upon on you

  • "Will you sign my cast?"

Settle, you giant dork. :) Thanks for posting this. It pretty much made my night.

  • god bless all the men who served. truly the greatest men who have lived

  • God bless these guys and those who still serve.

  • on the background : Band of Brothers main theme

  • these are the true heros!

  • greatest generation.

  • guys lived in a time when we were allowed to be men

  • GOD BLESS THE AIRBORNE

  • they are heroes

  • they are the real american heros

  • i have spent time with veterans, both that served in normandy and those who fought in the skys. one man took a bullet through his hand, i shook that hand. a man who flew a mustang, killed over 30 german pilots.one of them was a german ace, he said the man jumped from the cockpit and still lives to this day. years later they actually meet, and when he told me it, you couldnt have a bigger smile on ur face. i shook his hand too. something tells me that if you ever meet a true hero you, shake hands

  • If i Could i really like to spend Time with those guys, Evrybody needs to respect them. If they werent there we possibly wouldnt be here today. And the whole world was possibly German.

All Veterans Of WO II You Are My Heroes. And Band Of Brtohers Was The Most Interesting 10 Hours Off My Life, Love You Guys. YOU ARE TRUE SOLDIERS !!!

  • definately, there courage is something we lack nowadays, and people actually look down to people trying to serve our country. it just sickens me. They are true heroes.

  • @UmMovies w00tw00t well said :)

  • True Heros ...true heros...

  • Interesting to spend time with veterans.

I spend a lot of time with old Waffen SS veterans from Scandinavia. Can you beleive? Thougest bastards ever lived, what ever the war history tells you.

  • you are so blessed to spend time with those men. i could think of nothing more id like to do.

  • dude i love e-co!!! my clan name in warhawk for the ps3 is e-co u rock!

  • Poor Matt Settle!!what happened to his leg?? he is so hot!!!!!!!I love him

  • As my grandfather would put it-"I'm no hero, I am a survivor,,,my dead buddies are the hero's"

  • u no there is a saying, it goes 'only the dead see the end of war'

  • Anyone that serves his or hers country is a hero in my eyes.

  • I truly respect these heros!! The should never be forgotten...

  • dam, when i first say band of brothers, my bad ass kid just turned off and shpwed some respect to the real men

  • Im so honored to be able to see this giants of ww2...Respect from the heart.True heroes.

  • Never ever forget that the italians and japs also took part off the nazi force.

  • yeah, those damn krauts and japs

  • The mens of the easy company are just awesome and they were leaded by a great chief, the capitain Winters. These guys are heroes, as much as all the other soldiers who fought against the German, Italian and Japaneses troops during WW2. Thanks for sharing this great video !!

  • Unfortunately my English is not good enough to understand it all...

It's nice seeing Don Malarkey and Scott Grimes together :)

I wish the interviews were a bit longer in the Band of Brothers DVD set ; those memories are worth so much! (especially to me, because these men helped saving my country)

  • Thanks so much for finding this and putting it up. I've seen the pictures from the 02 reunion but this video is just awesome. Hashey, Shifty, Perconte, Wild Bill & Babe, Michael Sobel making peace with everybody, the bodacious Susan Smith Finn, Matt Settle and his broken leg, Richard Speight Jr, Grimes and Malarkey together ... just awesome.

  • at 1:29 its funny how he is talking bout 1st platoon...b/c even Maj Winters said that 1st platoon had some of the best men

  • I noticed Wild Bill, Babe and Shifty.. I assume the guy waith the cast portrayed the GREAT Lt. Speirs. But which one was Sobels son? I just finished Bill's and babes book. Bill mentioned that for the longest, Sobels daughter was livid and was ready to kill someone but she ended up going to a reunion and she found some closure. She happened to pass away soon after.

  • At 2:55, you can see Michael Sobel and Bill Guarnere. Sobel also shows up later talking with Forrest Guth.

  • @c16031 i read guarnere and babes book too amazing story loved it

  • @semperfaithful Shifty died on June 17, 2009. Just in case you didn't know. R.I.P.

  • I'm italian my nick 6 6 1944 45 is the d-day and the end of war.. thanks men of easy..tanks U.S.A.

  • I will never forget these men. Nice video.
