  • HOW U KNOW PIECE OF SHIT!

  • Bring back the slap!!

  • saludos esta impresionante ese modulus y mas ese sonido que tiene

    el mejor

  • Dang WMG. Is that why there are no vocals? Anyway, awesome job as usual :)

  • I hate this song but the bass line is the shit. Been watching your vids for two years now I think. Haven't commented in a while. Well good job as always.

  • Great stuff.

  • pretty freaky, sounds excactly like the original... Such perfection

  • Felipe is back!! :-) The sound is amazing with the Modulus, but the Musicman is awesome too. I like the MM better, but is your resolve.

  • modulus flea signature?

  • Yep. Great bass.

  • You're back!!

I have one Ibanez, but i like more the sound of an SX that imitates the Musicman.

Is a cheap one , but i like his sound !

    :)

  • MODULUS

  • Nice cover man, the tone is sounding as good as I would would expect. Great job on that solo too. That part on the chorus sounds a little off though. Maybe move the sequence up a step?

  • I listened to the bass line again cuz i thought myself i was a bit off, but Flea's bass line seems to be off but is not, maybe listening to the version in slane castle can help you hear the difference ( i just watched it myself :D )

  • Well actually one of the main reasons I say that is because of the Slane Version. You can hear the bass more clearly there. I don't know man, it just seems off to me.

  • Yeah, I a bit off during the first chorus, and I listened closely to the slane version and Flea simplifies the bass line.

  • Yeah, he changes it a bit for live stuff I guess. That version of the line is great as well.

  • Your an amazing bassist man, yet another great cover.

What settings do you use to get your tone, your bass sounds great in every one of your vids.

  • Kick ass bass.Would you recommend an ibanez ?

  • Depending on the actual bass, they could be either pretty good or pretty "simple", but personally i dont like the feeling of the bass.

  • Well, I have played Ibanez for several years. Now, these are the type of the basses you need to try to see if you like. I love the feel to them, but some people I know don't. They feel pretty different to other basses.

They can give a thump sound, and the control to a bright sound. However, I must ask you. What music do you play on bass most?

  • Heavy rock/rock and a small amount of jazz.

  • Well Chris.

Ibanez suit the heavy Rock genre well, they can give that thick, low tone thumping sound and then turn the knobs up to give a sharp, bright, trebley tone. How ever, I don't think Ibanez is the best thing in the world for Jazz. My Ibanez SRX595 (5 string) has two pickups. One is great for Heavy rock, and the other is good for lighter genres. It might suit Jazz a little bit, but not all together.

    Hope that helps

  • Thanks a lot man.Helped me out a lot

  • Glad I could help you.
