No, you don't get e-mail, and the size is not too big, it's perfect!

I don't get it...for some reason it's not uploading, it always tells me something like "file is too big, please resize it"  I followed your instructions exactly. it's a 3 minute video I've tried in Mp4, and .mov and nothing. what other factors are there to consider? something in imovie preferances? my youtube account? connection speed? HELP!!!

After you upload the video, it will take you to another page, so the uploading speed is up to your computer, internet speed, and file size! just wait until it take you to a page with a long code, and then press go to video now! and you should see it says processing or something like that on the video, and youu're not able to click on it, just wait for like 30 minutes, and come back. and make sure you use movie to MPEG-4 and the iMage size is 640 x 480 vga! it should work!

Youtube uses 480x360 resolution, for the best quality (your video doesnt have to be resized) id say to use this (if possible)

Well, some video size are too big that is always zoom in when you ypload, that's one of the time that you have to resize!
