If you want to increase battrylife you can turn off 3g network and run on GSM (2g) only.

Can it run Opera as the browser? My cell can't run it...I have the Motorola C261 (very basic cell phone and it works just fine)

Yes, there is a version out for Symbian OS. It's called Opera Mini but I don't use it.

What do you use for filming because I was wondering how do I import video from my camera to iMovie '08? It is really bothering me...

I use my digital still camera (FujiFilm Finepix S9600). I just copy the files to my desktop. In iMovie I go to "file" --> "import movie". It opens up a window where you can make some prefs (but you don't have to, its all right as it is). After that it takes a moment to import your movie and you'll find it in your "Event Library".
