When they released the series in English, they left all the "wrong" parts intact (Nobue wanting to look at Ana naked; Nobue getting drunk; Nobue's cat-girl fetish; Girls looking under/lifting up each others skirts; etc, etc, etc). I doubt a small kiss between Miu and Chika would be cause for concern.
