Hoover 3243H Keymatic Washing Machine Pt 3

Hi have you got any pictures of the drum close up? Ive go a feeling its the same drum that was in our A3006 800 electronic de-luxe from 1977. I have seen versions of the A3006 machine use numbers instead of letters, and some the black enamel drum. My neighbours electronic 1100 from 1977 used the same drum as the electrons and logics. So it seems that in the 70's they used about 3 different drum designs.

yes they set the program, each keyplate has 8 programmes on it

I hope thatv u get some videos of a wash programme complete with laundry in it so that I can see how this machine copes with a load of laundry. Thank u for the videos.

On this keyplate there is a 60 degree cottons wash but i am a way off doing that at the moment, i will post videos as and when i can

I love the spin on these machines it is great, the distribution drain is great aswell

is there only 5 programs?

Thanks for your comments, they are great machines indeed, there are 8 programmes on each of the two keyplates giving a total of 16 programmes. Though i only have one at present. but i am sure to get the other keyplate some time.
