If you compare the Gospels with the letters from Paul, you will find them to be quite shockingly similar. In fact, it was Dr. Luke who worked in conjunction with Paul on a letter to a Roman official in charge of studying new movements (I found his name in the Roman list of officials); AND it was Dr. Luke who traveled with Paul everywhere he went and took notes of all the places that he went.

Nowadays, that same letter and those notes are now known as The Gospel of Luke and the Book of Acts.

@steve Paul is dead, he can't control what people do, think or feel about him? Paul was a man, the Devil was/is the devil. The focus needs to be shifted from Paul to Jesus Christ. Anything people say about Paul other than what he said about himself is pure speculation. Even if Paul was a lying jackalick money grubbin' preacher, his written texts still magnify Jesus Christ first. The wheat and tare will always choose their own paths. @SuperBoomboon No, no, no. Just because Paul was writing what Greek playwrites and historians of old said, doesn't mean that Jesus didn't say them. Take for example this Abraham Lincoln Quote: "A house divided against itself cannot stand." He was actually quoting Jesus but the quote is attributed to him. If Paul is a "devil in disguise", then my favorite verse (and the one that has been encouraging me most lately), Romans 15:13, is not genuine.

Paul claims to have been a Pharisee and a follower of Judaism (not Yahwism or Torah). He used his Roman citizenship as a shield against being killed by fellow Jews for speaking against the Law. If Paul were writing for God, he would not have said "speak to me." Nor would he have begun by saying: "the Law cannot hear." He would have written "Listen to Yahweh." More importantly, he would have told his audience that they can hear God’s voice by reading the Torah. The purpose of Yahweh’s Word isn’t to "hear us," but instead, the Torah exists so that we can listen to God. Paul has this all wrong.

Your mixing up when Paul first came to Rome as a prisoner and was just placed under house arrest but later freed .With his later arrest which was much less pleasant . He was arrested for continuing to spread Christianity through Rome after he was warned to stop. He knew the penalty for continuing his mission but he continued regardless and this cost him his life. Paul was never a Roman Spy where are you getting this from? Peter died some time after Paul for spreading Christianity

At no stage did he display hatred for the Jews or the law. It was Peter who first was given a message from God to allow not just Jews but all people to follow Christianity and it was Peter who first converted a pagon. Pauls Father was a Roman Citizen Paul was born a Jew into the tribe of Benjamin. Paul preach that it was faith that is the way to God and not works.

Hi there sister :) The thing is, Jesus was speaking with the common and well known phaseology of the time... absolutely everyone, especially those who were educated would have been familiar with that phrase. That does not invalidate Paul's teaching in the least.  Within scripture there is a definite, intentional use of common language and word picture based on their lives and activities.
