  • i dun chrsitna get big wwe cause when went tna he basged wwe

  • I think you've got some great views man, But I think it would've been awesome to see him so to Smackdown and have a fieud with Edge. Think of the beauty of Edge leading La Famillia against the Christian Coalition (with some "ok" midcard dudes). Bring Back Good Factions!!!!!! hit me back yo

  • I think you have good pointson the cap. But I think Christianis a manin evnter. Sorry I'v been dirinking tonight,. But I'm having fun. I'm A PEEP bro

  • What if Cristian wins the money in the bank ladder match?!

  • I was at Wrestlemania 25 and I don't if you can hear it on t.v or not but most of the people there were chanting Cristian and when CM Punk won alot of people were booing.

  • you can thank the smarks for Christian being on ecw

  • needed chrsian cary the campany

  • No one becomes a main event unless Vince McMahon say's so. In other words Vince owns ECW, RAW...WWE...etc.

  • Right, but how does he determine who goes to the top and who remains a mid-carder?

  • i thought wwe creative team makes the matches?

  • since christian lost to jack swagger for the ecw title...hes gonna win MITB at wrestlemania 25 and win world title

  • love the fact that christian come back in ecw instead of smackdown or raw because he could make some like jack swagger better star than matt and come on I believe wwe never saw matt hardy as a true main eventer anyway and christian will only make ecw better

  • I think Christian being on ECW is fine. It's not as good as what we could have had, but it's ok. He'll be the biggest star in ECW and won't get lost in the mix and forgotten about like people do in Raw and SD. And let's face it, is ECW really that bad of a place to be? It's got good TV wrestling and is not cluster fucked by the creative team!

  • good points made but DAMNIT

he was upper mid card when he left

he was even challenging Batista for the Smackdown World Title now he comes back and he's upper mid card again but on ECW. In some ways it's a step back even compared to what he was before.

Christian is better now than he was when he left the WWE he was NWA world champion on a visable cable network. The fans were behind him all the way coming into WWE... I do see this as the WWE keeping the former TNA guy down.

  • wwe has fucked wid ya head

christian gonna be champ and after a few months in summer time summerslam hopefully it be jeff vs christian o r brother vs brother

  • i thought he wanted to be part of ecw and not in the other brands. I think he is great in ecw. He is like a big fish in a small pond now

  • Christian shouldnt be th veteran in the development show (ECW) Thats just what i think but Tslay did make some good points but id REALLY like to see E and C or Christian vs Cena 5/5

  • Christian vs Randy Orton for the World title is coming later this year trust me. this is just a way to bring Christian back into the WWE a little under the radar so he doesnt get lost in the shuffle on Raw or Smackdown. Right now the feuds are set on those shows. And this way he gets back used to the rigors of the WWE schedule. Christian is the best mic worker ever and the most charismatic star ever. And is a true main eventer. Just wait til the draft. Orton bewar this summer.

  • i agree ecw just became more interesting.

  • I just feel that Christian will stick around long enough to adequately put Swagger over. WWE is obviously in love w/ Swagger and Christian will be better for Swagger's career than working w/ Matt Hardy for chrissakes. The current role for Matt as the evil brother is a good move for him, but, he just has NOTHING on the mike and I feel this angle will be a disaster unless Edge and Christian get involved in some capacity asap.

  • Nether Matt nor Jeff have great mike skills. I would go as far as to say Jeff has awefull mike skills, and never has anything interesting to say promo wise. Leave it to Edge to carry this whole angle on his back. He should be able to do it without Christians help, but I would like to see Captin Charisma's involvement at some point.

  • dude...Christian can be a legit main eventer he is more charismatic than Randy Orton for Christ sakes. Even though i think Orton is awesome i think Christian has more personality

  • I saw his promo on ECW and IMO I think he's gotten better on the mic!

  • i know he is a great face and wwe fans are way more alive than tna fans...tna fans at the impact zone are dead sometimes

  • so jack swagger has the talent but putting the belt on him is too soon. to be honest it's a lot sooner than how cena got his belt.

regarding christian, seeing him on ecw is a logical move. he shouldn't be on raw to suffer steph's writing. he shouldn't be on smackdown to get his ass handed over to hhh.

  • lmfao i know either way there screwed put hhh and stephani on the same roster so u have smackdown to avoid them with

  • ECW_Saved.Christian

  • 1st) I like Jack Swagger. So what if he has a lisp, so does Ric Flair. He's going to be huge.

2nd) Re-debuting hristain on ECW was a very smart move. It gives him the chance to re-establish himself since he didn't leave TNA while on top.

  • I'm sure he won't be on ECW forever either. Look at all the wrestlers who started on ECW and went to either Raw or Smackdown. Evan Bourne, CM Punk, Matt Hardy, Kofi Kingston, Mike Knox. Also if WWE has the brand draft again after Wrestlemania Christian could very well end up on Raw or Smackdown. I would rather Christian be in the spotlight on ECW than buried or half-used on the other two brands.

  • actually judging on his response his pop is larger than Punks and Kofi. I feel if he is moved to Raw or Smackdown he will be top mid card close to the main event

  • I see Christian as having the same role as he did in Tna, some world title shots every now any then, always a legitimate contender, he will fade out of the spotlight for a bit every once in a while alright, but he can always big up the ball when needed, honestly though his only limit is how the fans recieve him, he could have a run like jericho has since he came back. Anyone else really impressed by the swagger match, that swagger is a keeper all right, he has 'it'

  • personally i like what they are doing with cristian he can have a spotligh t which he deserves i agree he cants main event a ppv and carry it himself though

  • There is a chance he will be on Smackdown and ECW and still be a part of the feud with Edge and Jeff Hardy. I think it would be a good feud. Only time will tell.

  • it's great for people who actually watch ECW

  • Otherwise, what the hell else were they going do with him? Raw is over-booked with talent as it is, and with Edge being on SmackDown, I simply do not trust the WWE do the right thing there.

As far as I am concerned, ECW was the right choice.

  • And how about we honest for a moment here? While I love Christian and all, regardless of all that, Christian was nothing but jobber to the stars before his WWE departure. Better that he be on ECW, where he has plenty of room so he can build his cred. Besides, I think goes without saying, the brand was in some serious need of establish talent, and Christian is able to fill that void.

  • I think important to point out that has been 3 years since Christian was with the WWE. That is 3 years of new fans who have formed since who have no idea who Christian is. And that is 3 years for the fans who were already in place to forget about him.

  • i actually think Christian to ECW is great. It caught me completely off guard and I certainly think he will become the face of the brand and may help ratings for the show. No one expected him to be there. But i think when the draft happens on April 13th, Christian will wind up on one of the 2 premier shows.

  • Your inability to label Christian as a main event level performer perplexes me. At the moment Christian may not be able to run a program with HHH, Cena, and Batista,(he just returned) but if the WWE gives him some time to really establish himself, In the future I could see him becoming a legit Main Event star. Did you see his great promo on ECW? I really can't remember the last time someone legitimately made me laugh during a promo, but I did this past Tuesday night...

  • question not a agruement so ou saw christian as a main eventer before he left

I perplex how people think b/c he got that push in tna give him that right to main event Wm 25 not saying you saying that.

A truemain eventer and go to any company and be a main eventer like goldberg he establish himself then. Take Bret Hart no way Hart should have a midcarder in wcw different rules different starndards but till me this how christain got there became got ititle and they took forever with joe.

  • And I thought incoherence was just a tag team in Chikara...

  • My guess is that they are putting Christian on ECW to get him some are time then he is going to win MITB and win a World Title

  • This is just what the ECW brand needs to turn its life around. Barely watch the show because Finlay and Mark Henry keep having matches. Bringing in Christian brings in appeal and I will actually be looking forward to watching the next ECW show now. They could do with one other big name on the show as well to help put over the upcoming talent, i'm just not sure who would be right for that task.

  • I agree with you on this.(don't joke like that again... please)

  • im actually suprised and happy that christian came back in ECW instead of SD or even raw. him comming to ECW made more sense.

and if u disagree with me ,than u sir are worst than Hitler!

  • The problem is that Swagger is kinda feuding with Finlay at the moment, I'm afraid Christian will just "be there", you know?

  • You know I wouldn't be opposed to a Cena vs. Taker match at Mania.

I hate the possibility of Cena as the one to end the streak, but at least the match would be unpredictable. I mean when was the last time Taker's streak was in real trouble? Orton was the last one, and before him it was Triple H so its very rare to have Taker's streak in any kind of danger.

  • I think a lot of people just wanted to see some combination of Matt/Jeff vs Edge/Christian, considering their history and how dead the tag team division is in WWE now.

You're right, they won't bury him just becuase he got his main event push in TNA, because so did Jeff Hardy.

If anything, this will allow him to be a big fish in a small pond, wrestle every week, get over as a main eventer, and set himself up to get moved to one of the better shows at the next draft

  • I think that Christian is on ECW as a way to slowely get him used to the WWE style of wrestling and so the fans who may not have followed his TNA career can get used to seeing him again. Plus i doubt that Christian would have signed with WWE again if they didn't guarantee him title reigns and big pushes.

  • YOU ARE FUCKING AWESOME.

  • Christian on ECW is a very good thing, plus it's not like bieng on a brand means you are stuck doing just that show, as we see more often then not.

  • Matt Hardy is the guy who "attacked" jeff in the stairwell and matt hardy screwed around with the pyro, plus Christian COULD win money in the bank and get traded in the supplemental draft....dont count him out yet

  • chrstian sells matches for me you should do a survey

  • Lets face it, no matter who they put on ECW its always gonna suck with one hour of air time and that was proven when the put Benoit on there it still sucked

  • He was there like twice.

  • than it happened......

  • In the bigger picture,Christian's move to ECW helps the brand and gives Jack Swagger a strong face to feud with going into Wrestlemania...The ratings should rise significantly with fans tuning into a fresh new developpement for the show..

I believe the move benifits Christian in slowly building him into a legit player and top contender, as opposed to prematurily throwing him in big storylines on the A and B show only for the casual fans to get the impression that he ''hasn't payed his dues''

  • moving Y2J to ECW would be a major smack in the face.

  • Fortunatley that wont happen, After reading Jericho's book i dont he'd be too please either

  • why would it have been a smack in the face? When he came back they brought him in and "Politics" screwed up his return. it took untill he started fueding with HBK for him to get going. You could have had him on ECW that whole time with much better results for the show.

  • It would be a smack in the face for several reasons.

First of all, RAW has 3 times the ratings of ECW, I dunno how the ratingsystem scale, but it is still 3 times the exposure.

Secondly, after I started to watch wrestling in september, (and what ive seen from wrestling history earlier that year), Jericho carried RAW pretty much into cena's return and JBL hired shawn michaels.

For then to be "downgraded" to a grinddivision that nobody gives a crap about?

Chris is one of the best wrestlers of WWE

  • And he should be treated like one...

And btw, what show would have better results?

    ECW?

Who would he feud against? matt hardy and... finlay and... hornswoggle?

It would really not be better for RAW as for the reasons I have stated above, to claim that they should move one of their top two heels and the best wrestler of the two(personal opinion) to a secondary brand would yes be a smack in the face, even when he returned it would have been.

  • And I think it is a slap in the face of christian and he will not get out of there untill he have been wrestling there for a few years.

You said yuo dont believe it has anything to do with demoting people from TNA, but it does, all the WWE cares about is money, and lack of exposure to former TNAstars can maybe prevent people from watching TNA, I dont know what they are thinking just my thoughs, sorry for all the posts but youtube has a retarded characterlimit.

  • wtf

  • I think that since there's an overload of main eventers on RAW and Smackdown that they could draft a big name like Triple H or Cena to ECDub to liven things up. That way they can have big names like that on both shows too.

  • TSLAY, I'm totally with you. I have said this(or posted this on some sort of a message board) right after I saw ECW..."I'd Rather see Christian on ECW, than having him being thrown like a sacraficial lamb to Triple H on SmackDown!, or, Batista & John Cena on RAW". I think Christian will be a perfect fit for ECW, and hopefully they'll keep him there, and not draft him on any of those two shows in the upcoming draft.

Just give it some time people.

  • the whole reason they changed it is because it was too fucking predictable.....too bad but you know i like it...it gives me another good reason to watch ECW

    Reasons to watch ECW:

    Evan Bourne

    Jack Swagger

    Tyson Kidd

    Finlay

    John Morrision

    *NEW* Christian

  • The Miz > Finlay

  • your maths a little off

Reality TV Has-been< Old School Wrestler.

  • Let me guess?

Cena sucks,t he Hardys are the greatest tag team ever and Undertaker should never lose at WM also right?

The Miz has improved dramatically and is just as good as Morrison, character/personality wise. Finlay has been irrelevant since WM.

  • Uber smark alert.

  • Why is predictablity a bad thing?

  • I've been behind this since the moment he stepped out. A, ECW needed someone to make the brand credible. B, Christian will get more time on ECW's hour than the other show's two hours. And lastly, C, my favorites in wrestling are Christian, Swagger, MCMG and The Miz, simply because of their styles. Well now with the exception of MCMG they are all on ECW.

  • I understand the argument that ECW needed a top babyface and that being on ECW would allow him to stay in the spotlight. However, I still feel that they should have at least promoted his return in some way ... like mysterious vignettes airing on Raw and Smackdown hyping the arrival of a new superstar on ECW (maybe a month before it actually took place) The surprise return doesn't really work on ECW because not enough people watch for it to make an impact.

  • Im going to be at the draft when it comes to atlanta!

  • i think it was a slap in the face to those in the internet world and well deserved. im actually glad WWE swerved everyone. it started at Royal Rumble too.

for sure he'll get drafted but, its good for the time being.

I think they want him to prove that he can be a main event guy in WWE. Yea i know he had that brief singles run but, it wasn't as a main eventer. He had his pal Tomko along side.

I think he might give ECW some better ratings and possibly have the title before the draft.

  • of course he had his TNA run which was pretty good. I just think its not enough to convince Vince. If the ratings jump because of Christian, it'll be a step in the right direction. I'm sure he can't ignore the people watching but, he sure can give a middle finger to the internet. lol

  • I agree with you completely. Some of my own thoughts is that TNA will have in the end helped him with coming back to WWE. His time in TNA I think will have shown Vince that he is a main event kinda guy.

I also kinda new he'd either be in Smackdown or ECW. Number one, if he was on RAW the show would be to star studded. Also, as you said, ECW needed a big name to help carry the show.

Also, people forget that being on ECW, you can appear on RAW or Smackdown. But I'm glad he's back.

  • With Matt Hardy gone ECW kinda needed him but I'm looking forward to some surprises in the draft

  • I think Christian on ECW is a good thing. In fact that's is where I thought he wind up on that brand when he returned.

  • Settle down people. He is just going to get Drafted in April anyway.

  • Yea I Totally agree.

  • we get what we are given, live with it people...

  • I've honestly got no problem with Christian being on ECW. I agree that he'll pretty much have the spotlight on the show.

I'd say my problem is that WWE dropped the ball by not including Christian in the Rumble. He would have got a bigger pop than he did on ECW. One of the highlights about Rumbles are their surprise guests.

  • Christian has the chops to carry a brand. While I think ECW is a joke, maybe with Christian there things will get better.

  • SMH @ people hating that he's on ECW...it seems like hardly anyone in the "IWC" sees the bigger picture, wrestling fans are impossible to please at times

  • I'm sorry Im going to have to disagree. When Christian was originally in the WWE, he was a mid carder at best. Then when flew to TNA, my God everything about him elevated so much. Especially his in-ring work. He changed alot of how he wrestled, he became an unbelievable worker in the ring and that was thanks to AJ Styles, Kurt Angle, Samoa Joe, Kaz etc. He was able to perform at a much faster and better rate. TNA is what made him into a main eventer. So he deserves better than this.

  • he should mentor Evan bourne like he did AJ styles

and i would like for him to do some things with MIz and Morrosion

  • ECW is a developmental brand, but it did help some superstars. Kofi Kingston and Evan Bourne to some degree. Christian on a brand that's not ECW would have stick to mid-card status. If he were to go up to main-event spot, he would NOT last long, due to too many superstars. ECW barely has starpower and Christian fit the bill. Not only would he have the change to be the main guy on ECW, he can help the new guys get big too. Plus, there isn't anyone MAJOR that could bury him there, so it's good.

  • I understand where you're coming from, but there's also one thing, UltimateVictory88. If you're treated better at another company, it's not always the same result at the other. For a few wrestlers, it's an exception, but not always. Also to the fact that new fans are coming in and they'll need to warm up to him, while half the fans still remember who he is.

  • "If the IWC went nuts just becouse CHRISTIAN is on ECW what are they going to do when CENA beats Undertaker at WM!!! I joke :) "

I would quit watching WWE forever.

I'm not a Undertaker fan, by any means, actually. I like Kane. But, that's too many years to throw away. He needs to retire with that streak.

  • why do people think wwe will bury christian? i mean it was his choice to come there, why would wwe want him to come to there company just to make him miserable.

  • OMG I'M A GO EMOO!!

    Lmao.

    Noobs.

  • For the ECW title at WM25 in an Extreme Rules match:

Swagger vs Dreamer vs Finlay vs Christian

if you think about it Swaggers faced all 3 of them and a 1vs1 would be a sleeper plus finlay nees a match since he always gets one at mania , dreamer has his win the title or quit gimmick and christian gets his WM return and peopel would actually want to see it instead of a 1vs1 , if WWE's smart it will happen.

  • Christian SHOULD go to Smackdown (Where he left in 2005) & Team with Jeff Hardy & FEUD with Edge & Matt Hardy. 2 Legendary teams working on opposite teams.

  • That would be entertaining.

  • I said Christian was going to be brought in as a mid carder from the very start. Not surprised. Think about it. He left WWE as a jobber/midcarder. And then people thought he was going to be brought in as a main eventer. That would be acknowledging TNA as being a big enough company to create a WWE "Superstar." Was never going to happen. Besides, Christian will never be a main eventer anyway. He sounds like a poor man's Rock on the mic.

  • Whats the music at the start?

  • ECW's consistently been the best wrestling program on tv for months now. Sure, it's not awesome for his star power but man has the show been good.

  • and for those complaining He probably won't be on ECW for any real extended period of time. With Christian maybe the ECW title actually gets a legit match onthe Mania card.

  • Though I kind of wanted him to stay in TNA, I liked Christian's ECW debut. Caught me totally by surprise. I was just stepping into the house from an evening class and bam, immediate and legit shock.

  • WWE anounced yesterday that the DRAFT will be 8 days after WM, and im still holding out hope that either ECW picks up another star or 2 to go with Christian (who i feel is a Main Eventer) or he gets drafted 2 smackdown, because the ONLY thing i really wanna see christian do is fued with Edge... But the Swagger matches will be good, because he and christian are both good workers...

To end i just hope the this isnt WWE's way if Burring another TNA guy...I hope they try 2 build ECW around him....

  • If Cena does indeed defeat Undertaker at WrestleMania, the following monday will be the best day the internet will ever know. I'd pay to see it.

  • Matt Hardy stale? I guess it's time to bring in that Angelic Diablo gimmick.

  • Christian Cage vs. John Morrison = Epic WIN

  • Yes that does sound good but it won't top the matches he had with Kurt Angle in TNA.

  • Swagger is good, but he needs a mouthpeice, because his promos leave a lot to be desired

  • Good call truthslayer

At first I was like, they score one against TNA and then stick the guy on a show nobody watches? But as you said, he doesn't really fit in on Raw or Smackdown. Raw is already loaded with the top flight stars and SD isn't far behind.

At least he can fulfilly the role of a solid face on ECW. Matt Hardy was ok and all, but he is a stale character. Finlay isn't terrible, but he is limited in the ring and seems like more of a reason to bring Hornswoggle ringside.

  • people stop bitching christian should bee in ecw ,when he left wwe he was a mid carder ok ,what he has done in tna it stays there and also allot of wwe fans today dont know who is christian so this is the way to show them hey this guy is awesome check him out , and who knows 3 months from now there is a draft and bet your money christian is changing brands, and ecw needs him right now , so calm down ,and if he was in raw he would have been jobbing to cena and batista by now and be lost .

  • lmao at the description

  • lol at the description if anyone could or would beat Undertaker at Mania it would be John Cena also the way it is looking right now if HHH wins the title this Sunday they might do Orton and him cause it will make the perfect sense. Then you got to ask yourself if they do that what will they do with Cena I don't see anyone beating him this Sunday and a Undertaker match would be good at Mania I won't have any problems if he went over lol God knows what priceless reaction we will see if it happen.

  • They definitely stuck Christian on ECW to fill the void left by Matt Hardy when he went to Smackdown. I thought they would send Christian to a different brand at the draft, but being that they are having the draft early this year, right after mania to be exact, I doubt that will happen. I imagine he will stick around ECW until at least summer then they will put him in a storyline and move him to a different brand. At least I hope. No doubt he is going to win that ECW title though.

  • People need to realize Christian is a mid-carder. Christian has never been a big draw in WWE and WWE knows this, so why would they push him harder just coming off "past glory" in TNA?

  • wow great review tslay1974

  • I thought the return was a bit lackluster and very bitter sweet.

And i think he will be one of those guys getting drafted a week after mania when the draft comes back to either raw or smackdown.

the thing i have a problem with is at mania it looks like they are going to do swagger vs christian and i think neither ofthose guys can afford a loss there. if christian loses he goes back down to not even being on PPVs and swagger needs this win to help further push him like they have been doing.

  • I hope WWE signs Petey Williams. A Candian Destroyer on Cena... OH YES

  • Yeah I wish a canadian destroyer on cena too, but the problem is that wwe banned piledrivers.

  • Yes, with of course, the exception of the tombstone. Plus, why can't he do the Destroyer. Piledrivers are illegal in Mexico, with the exception of the Destroyer, and do you know why? Simple, because it's the FAKEST move in the business. The opponent does 95 percent of the move. Petey can only do it against guys who can do backflips

  • ECW needs a big star and they got him in Christian. I think it was a good idea not to build his return the same way they builded up Jericho's. But Grisham made his return look like it was nothing. Imagine if it was Joey Syles... OH MY GOD!!!

  • WWE never does. Look at Jericho on Raw, and HBK in 02. I don't know why.

  • no1 knows who jack swagger is,,,,,

  • I think it's a good fit. As soon as Christian walked down the ramp he looked bigger than the brand, which is good for both Christian and ECW.

  • I'm just happy that Christian is back

  • I agree completely.

Christian is one of my favorite superstars, and I'm glad he's on ECW because just like you said, he won't get caught up with the politics on Raw and SmackDown.

Great decision by WWE to send Christian to ECW.

  • i whud like a mysterio critstan or cm punk fued

  • Scrap ECW. It is a joke. Its championship means nothing and is a joke. Enough said already...get rid of it.

  • if he was on raw faceing punk or smackdown faceing benjamin it would be better than on ecw faceing jack swagger.

my point is being an upper midcarder on raw or smackdown is still better than being anything to do with ecw

look how few ecw matchs have been on ppv plus once he has finished with swagger who will he be with next mark henry?

  • I agree with you.

  • Certain times in WWE's fully scripted promos, just like in any other TV show, you can truly hear a writers opinion (or in WWE's case Stephanie McMahon and her creative team) through a particular character or announcer.

You could tell when Jericho said that Flair is a sellout who is prostituting his name/image and when Swagger said that Christian "couldn't hack it in WWE so he left" the dialogue was written by a very bitter McMahon.

ECW is Christian's punishment for leaving, plain and simple.

  • It also crossed my mind how awesome it was when Styker said "This moment has just become instantly classic", and then Grisham had to fuck it up by refering to Christian as "Captain Charisma".

That makes me see why Striker won last year's "best announcer" by Dave Meltzer's Wrestling Observer's Newsletter. He works very well with the little he's got and has a very good chemistry with Grisham(who could easily be the next Michael Cole)

  • Matt Hardy showed up ECW had it's face/embassador, so the show was even more interesting, even when Evan Bourne got injured, then Matt Hardy left and BAM!! Christian is here.

So: Christian will once again have that "big fish in a small tank" feel to him, he will have enough time to show his mic skills and his ring skills and people will tune in to watch him.

Also: With TJ Wilson debuting and Evan Bourne returning soon, ECW will not be a filler show, So for the next few months ECW's good

  • Once again: You make me laugh (0:26)with your gestures and you make me think with your words.

It think it's a good move, for both Christian and ECW. The title pictures of SmackDown&Raw are crowded enough, so there would be no real place for him. ECW on the other hand had a empty spot for someone to come in a be in the title picture.

It's like: ECW was weak when there was only Mark Henry in there, when Evan Bourne showed up people got interested and har a reason to check out ECW, then when

  • TSlay what you were saying about Jericho is what they were gonna do with Benoit. Being multi-time U.S. champ was getting played out but still did'nt want to make the mistake of having him World champ again so they had plans to make Benoit the top guy on WWECW. To bad it did'nt succeed.

  • And as for Braden Walker, he looked like a broke-down RVD(the worst high cross body i've ever seen executed).

Well put TSlay, ECW=Extreme CHARISMA Wrestling.

  • imagine the crowd Cena vs Undertaker at mania omg lol.

  • Now I'm actually very curious!

  • I was pissed at the start but then whe ni thought about it im like he would of just been lost in the shuffle and been sum mid carder on raw.

  • The IWC is just downright insatiable! They will ALWAYS find something to complain about. If they can't complain, they will cease to exist, and that is probably a good thing!

  • I agree but it also sounds like wrestling fans in general who never can stop complaining about what other companies do even if it's a small thing and I don't mean TNA now. Then yes when it was at it's best people had to complain about something all of the time. The WWE never really gets that much. But the IWC do say the same things all the time. But so does most of the shooters on here. Most not all.

  • It works 2 fold. 1. This makes people more interested in ECW, even moreso than Matt Hardy being there. and 2. Allows Christian to kind of work his way up, and not be worried about the politics of main eventing. Although, I will say that a Edge/Hardy vs. Christain/Hardy would be pretty sweet.....there is still time for that to play out.

  • Christian is now the top guy in ECW. I don't see anything wrong with that. Maybe he can work his way up to be a main eventer. Just look at what ECW has done for guys like CM Punk and John Morrison. It's to push guys who are not up to that level yet.

  • Yeah, I don't know about John Morrison tho. Gotta give credit to whoever paired him up with Mike Mizanin.

  • I agree

  • Vince definitly took advantage of the rumors the web had to offer regarding Christian involved in the Edge/Hardys fued. And i hope Christian wins the title and defends for a while(maybe after the draft).

  • I agree about Christian not quite being a "main attraction". While TNA did misuse so many people, I think Christian is the one person who seemingly did everything possible. Eventually I got bored of Christian in TNA, simply because I couldn't even imagine what else he could do there.

I think he's bigger than ECW, but him on ECW makes ECW an attractive show.

For me, his return was overshadowed by TJ Wilson finally being on one of the main rosters.

  • TJ Wilson's debut was nuthin compared to

    Christians return.

  • Yeah I bet the majority of the audience don't even know who TJ Wilson is.

  • Yeh.

Even though i am a fan of TJ's.

I am still a bigger fan of Christian though.

  • Ok the comment in the description was awesome

  • glad someone saw it :)

  • tbh it makes a lot of sense he's in ecw

  • yep
