Here are some things the cap and trade bill will do for you.

give middle america the largest tax increase of all times. It will take that tax money 650 billion and redistribute it back to poor people. It will mandate you drive an electric car and all others will be consider black carbon polluters and will be taxed. He will appoint a czar that will approve you to sell your home after you have upgrade it to feds specs. This is a sham .
