So far so good. It's beyond warranty anyway. Break it, buy another or something else. But it's the same as the frame won't take the insane speeds, the chains will be thrown-off, can't spin that fast. A youngster with a full carbon road bike crashed into me last summer. Guess you rode away scotch-free. My concerns are different from those of manufacturers which have to contend with laws and regulations.
@markstos i have a 5hp 49cc stroke running to mine and the hub is bullet proof. i have easily over 1000 miles on it thus far, its still tight with no sign of wear, and considering how much fun it is to use with a motor (the motocross feeling you get) f**k a warranty!
It's one of a kind, made from separate parts but overall, I'd say $1500 for the frame and wheels, etc.,, $800 for the batteries and $600 for the two motors, chains, sprockets and the controller/throttle and nic-nacs. I did burn a first set of motors experimenting. Makes for a very exciting ride, I love the shifting, makes it feel like a real motocross.
Superb video man, you need to do a trail/offroad vid. The bike seems not only quick but smooth and unstrained at speed. A lot of the e-bike vids I see on here seem strained and uncomfortable at speed. You ought to reconsider your title - a vid of this quality should have a lot of views.

Any concerns about this use, when Nuvinci only warrants it up use with 250w motors?
