  • ur rigth madmandrummer

  • Jaroslaw Suska - What a legend! I hope he can come to Australia one day soon. I'd love to meet hm

  • whats the song name?

  • i think the pioneer of tae kwon do is master benny rivera

  • @SuperEdian wow, um your an idiot, General Choi Hong Hi was the founder or Pioneer of TaeKwon-Do. Even white belts know that.

  • Ok, first of all this is not me. Second, this is only the most-winning patterns-athlete that has ever been in ITF taekwon-do! I think he is 4-5 times World champion, 16 times European Champion and a whole bunch of viktories in Nationals. So I have only one thing to say you, put your eightyearolds in the world championsship in Argentina 2009...

  • xsashy, are you on drugs!!! suska is one of the best tkd atheletes around!!!

  • bangang la ang nie..dia buat tu cantik la..

    stupid u

  • dumb idiot this guy is sick.

  • @xSashy whattttttttt??? i don't know WHO ARE YOU BUT THIS IS SUSKA!!HE IS 2 TIMES world champion and 17 times european champion!Have you ever seen his kicks?I haven't seen anyone like him.You don't anything about taekwon-do if you say that Suska sucks.

  • Nice form! I am doing this one in competition at the end of April for the first time. This form is no longer part of my school's material but I have learned it anyway. Do you do any other forms besides ITF standard?

  • that was excellent

i am doing this pattern for my dan grade :)

  • i am a fourth degree black belt in tkd i don't mean to be rude but according to my association which has the same form artisticly it was not proficient. in between every move you should not come up out of your stance the knees should always remain bent

  • Does your association use sine-wave?

  • I have heard this hypothesis of sine-wave. however, i believe, from my own tests of hitting objects, that the actual dropping of your weight does not increase your forward momentum. i am very skeptical that sine-wave works as a means of increasing power. can someone explain or comment, please?

  • You must not be doing it right. It obviously works otherwise the worlds biggest martial arts organisation wouldn't say it does :P

  • @Pope2501 its probably very late to reply to this but...sine wave doesnt increase forward momentum, it increases the distance you can accelerate over to generate more speed. the downward action introduces your body mass at the point of impact.

  • Yes, I agree. The sad thing is I see that all the time in forms.

  • In honestly sir, he's not doing it incorrectly, hes not coming up out of his stance, his knees are still bent, but he is coming higher than his starting position and dropping into the stance, which is correct in itf taekwon-do. Which association are you from if you dont mind me asking? Mr Suska is not in the same itf as me but i sure know who he is as he's been the world champion god knows how many times, he is a brilliant exponent of itf taekwon-do

  • well this is quite a basic poomse, for red belts im sure.

the higher grades' patterns have a lot more complex movements and tend to be done faster...or seem like theyre being done faster as the movements are more continuous.

    but this is perfect tempo

  • it's interesting that you say a flying sidekick and landing ina perfect back stance while executing a knife-hand block and a 360 degree counter-clockwise jumping spin while simultaneously throwing a clock-wise block and landing in perfect back stance (again!) is not... "COMPLEX." Perhaps you are refering "BASIC" to the duration or intricacies of hand motions or even the pattern made on the floor?

  • The speed/tempo is OK- but like soooo many TKD forms that I see and judge so often - lifeless - I know this was not a tournament, but even so one should always put some heart and life into their forms if not, they are simply robots doing moves.

  • That 360 degree turn was beautiful....

  • Do you guys usually do your hyungs this slowly. Or is the instructor going slow for the purpose of the seminar?

  • No, this tempo is the "correct" way of going Tuls! But it shall be said that he hadn't warmed up before he did this Tul, but the tempo is perfect.

  • He's not going slow...

  • Yes thats absolutely right...but in this case, it was a seminar where he was the instructor and needed to know the time. But in other cases its totaly correct:)

  • yeah..i know u good,but i think one things wrong..u wear a watch write?when you wear dobok/uniform,u must take of any watch,bangle,or wat ever..rite???

  • thats true all right

  • u got tallent man
