You rock. I'm not sure what your back ground is or where you picked up how to cook bossam or jokbal? most westerners won't eat it let alone know how to cook it. My mom who is a great korean cook does not know how to cook this (she actually won't eat it either). But I love this stuff. .

I have made it with belly but unless you get a lean belly I prefer the butt.
I wonder if this would work with turkey breast? I bet it would...........

I have to have the salted shrimp with pork. I have heard of adding coffee, have not tried it but I hear that it works.
