This seems good for time trials and Triathlons that's about it. no mountain biker would use that it's too small and seems like a pain to refill. Also it would get pretty dirty down that close to the ground. I would focus all my marketing to triathletes they don't need a bunch of water and they love putting bottles behind seats.
So, where do you keep your extra clothing,tools,tubes,food,clothing ? Also, 42 oz isn't going to get you very far on a 4 hour plus mountain bike ride, or road for that matter. That tube is in a prime location for snags. This is a nightmare waiting to happen.
How about mounting bottles cages on the top tube? Yes, cages. To me the top tube allows TWO cages to be mounted.

@kuan12345 it'd freeze if it where in a bottle too. maybe not in a thermos but still, its practical for everything but winter.
