To be fair, this episode wasn't a realistic case of paranoid schizophrenia. If someone did this in real-life, you wouldn't have a teacher driving you to hospital when you're potentially dangerous and a risk to yourself and possibly others. They would call the police/paramedics to help assist.

Of course, this is Waterloo Road - a drama for entertainment, but it'd be nice if they meant it when they say they're going to "portray real issues".

The girl playing Cassie was in an episode of The Royal. I thought the actress was good in that, but she looks like she's going to excell herself in this episode.

It seems good how, in this day and age when more and more people seem to be getting stressed and suffering from mental illnesses, that they're addressing this again. It's also good that Karla is helping someone like her; someone different that people don't seem to understand.

I'm thinking that this is going to be a brilliant episode.

They're not weird.. they have psychological/neurological disorders. Karla has Asperhers and Cassie possibly is Skitzo - just characters in this case, but there's real people like them.
