I just read a post from the creator of the series and he was mentioning Lindelof to talk about the process of creation, that makes me think that I was right about my first idea. Jax and Tara are deeply influenced by Sawyer and Kate. Love it!
@gemmasasha It is just after Jax's shower scene. After he takes care of the body of the Myan that Opie killed... Just after Tara asked him to tell her everything. Season 2, not sure but I think it's the first or second episode.
I like them because they remind me of Sawyer and Kate in Lost, and after what they did to that couple I need some redemption. I see in this series at least they have good taste in pairing people.
