  • that isnt a irish coffee oO

  • The only video I've seen so far that shows SKILL - and it's a hard skill to master! If you check out the clowns on other youtube vids they just heap on a huge nasty dollop of something that's more like cream-cheese than cream. This guy uses cream that actually has a danger of sinking and gets a nice thin film on top. Show me one vid with more skill I challenge you. Anyway, sir, well done.

  • Looks delicious, I'll try make one sometime :)

  • I have tried this and cannot get the cream to float, how do you do that?

  • @1fightforright23 make sure it's double cream, make sure sugar is dissolved in the coffee first, then pour the cream over the back of a spoon. practice a lot. you can always drink the failures!

  • @rustlem what type of coffee did you use?

  • @1fightforright23 doesn't matter, just regular filter coffee

  • All that matters is the fancy cup!

  • i love irish cream .

  • i wouldn't drink that....

  • 'its not brown sugar', 'its scotch whiskey' wah wah wah...... for fuck sake, reel your neck in son.

  • As an optional extra you can throw cinnamon on top, it goes really well.

  • I think the main point is that he can do it, i bet half of you havent tried to put the creme on it but take it from me its not as easy as it looks. Congratz m8, very good

  • Is that fake cream?

  • what the hell was that !!!!! white sugar and scotch !!! It must be a piss take !!!!

  • Well, what u did with the spoon and the milk, you were supposed to do that with the coffe too, also , you had to atleast vaporize the coffe, but o well....

  • Who really cares how fast you can make it? Bet it tasted like tramps piss

  • watch just cause 2 hovercraft free fall, Just cause 2 fire engine rampage, air gun.... or else!!!!!! mmwwwhhhaaaa mmwwwahhhahha.... i love your style of coffee with cake!

  • great coffee

  • Yeah I totally agree with vramdal! White sugar and single malt Scotch whisky shouldn't be used for that drink, no matter what! That's blasphemy! :(

  • Perfect, how come when i make mine my cream sinks?

  • the purpose of the sugar is to float the cream. you wouldn't want it too sweet.

  • Jij moet echt je kk kop houden met je tyfus irish coffee. Teringlijer.

  • besides the bleached sugar..this is actually a pretty good take on it

  • it's unrefined caster sugar. not bleached at all

  • if it is white, they've stripped it of the "molasses", & molasses adds a great flavor to any drink!

  • @StirItUp02532 did you know that they strip brown sugar of their molasses and then they readd it meaning that they process it for no reson interesting fact yet very off subject

  • @rtrxggg use organic raw sugar...keeps the molasses in!

  • If you are going to do it, why not make it right...??!

  • only vid on youtube done right, aye he doesnt use brown sugar or irish whiskey but who cares if you improvise at least he shows the proper method none of that whipped cream shite

  • I made my first one today but i poured the cream on the wrong side of the spoon and it turned out cloudy. Wish i saw this video first.

  • Maith an fear! This man is a practised hand! The only Youtube video I've seen that shows the correct technique! Pouring over the back of the heated spoon with double cream straight out of the container. No mixing!

  • That ain't no Irish coffee.

First, he's using white sugar. In Irish coffee you use brown sugar, period.

Second, he's using scotch whisky. Totally wrong. Irish whiskey is the only acceptable option here.

  • unrefined caster sugar, not white at all. and i challenge anyone to tell the difference between irish whiskey and scotch when mixed with sugary coffee topped with cream.

  • It's pretty easy to tell the difference between Irish whiskey and scotch with a prominent smoke taste.

  • @rustlem other that EVERYONE knows scottish wisky is MUCH MUCH better :D.

  • @vramdal and he messed the table.

  • @vramdal It's a Highland Coffee!

  • @vramdal thirdly he did not preheat the glass, fourthly he did not have freshly whipped cream

  • wonderful..can you tell me the name of the soundtrack??who is the artist??thank you..

  • track is by wim wenders

  • nice. looks like a guiness

  • well done rustleman.love the extremely large shot of whiskey.(spelt the irish and american way)i always use brown sugar and when i pour the cream i have the spoon the other way around.feel like one now, lol.

  • Hmmm Russ I love your irish coffee after some good nosh. Cheers. Sharls and Nefar

  • Should the sugar be brown sugar or isn't it really that important?

  • it's not really that important, but brown is probably better,

  • Qtdeluxe youre wrong you idiot stfu

  • qt deluxe, how then you tit.

  • bad bad bad, sad, sad, sad.....

  • This is not the way you make a proper irish coffee ...

  • what is the cream on top?

  • in the UK it's "double cream". I've had problems finding suitable cream in warmer countries in europe, presumably why you most often find cream from an aerosol can, which just isn't the same.

  • its double cream (from irish coffee video)

  • the whisky wasnt irish, and tghe glass should have been warmed with boiling water first

  • or I've seen the whiskey ignited for flair to warm the glass...

  • Inverey is a Scotch whisky!

Therefore this is a Scotch Coffee.

  • Yummy!!
