technically nice - but it can be confusing if alert sounds from one VM interfere with using the currently visible VM. But I suppose this is a usabiltiy problem that cannot be solved.

Just add custom sounds to each VM.

A wee question about the environments. If i start a 3D max render on Vista then switch to Linux to get on with some programming. Will the render stop or will it continue to run?
