I work at a ford dealership...and let me tell youan 08 cobra would demolish so many cars.. we, as of 2 weeks ago, are an official Henessey dealer as well and man Shelbys' that come back to us are amazing!!! @figgins82 You know, a V8 mustang is like.... half a second faster than the V6 eclipse 4 gen... And not only is it a V6, but it is a 5 year old car. Next generation is coming out next year. Remember mitsubishi does NOT dissapoint. Just look at their Evolution lineup. Just keeps getting better... Evo X with a 2.0L engine is faster than the newest mustang Gt V8 by 4/10th of a second. Im a fan of ford. when it came to buying a car, i narrowed it down to Eclipse 4G GT or a mustang GT. 4G was for me.

@mightyjoe911 yes it is. 4G eclipses are 1.5 seconds faster than any other gen of eclipse. 0-60 can easily be done in low 5's. And a thirsty exhaust note just means it has a lot of low end torque. Thats why its acceleration is brutal. For 265HP and 263LB TRQ.

lol wow I know that dyno speed isnt a real top speed theres no friction or drag so I was saying 160 is as I as ive gotten it on a full mile yet and when the 32b is hooked up to an nxs it was at 290-293 ish hp Ive added dual aem intakes headers and a full exhaust system minus cats so when I had it dyno'd last it still had a regular intake and Its at 312 exactly.

so 312 horse ina car thats weighs stock 3300 lb now at 3000 lb isnt bad, I hope to add s/c before winter. how is that a bad motor swap
