  • Too many people are just LAZY and are going to believe all of this in this order in a couple minute Youtube vid . ...Because they are too weak to think for themselves....easy simple packaging for stupid people who want to let others think for them.. ...It's embarassing that you are trashing Abraham Lincoln using partial truth and not taking full account of the time and life as it was then. This is some warped shit and some stupid people are shoveling it in..

  • It's funny how some here can watch a couple minute video and change their mind...It's embarassing and lame. Before anyone should even start to believe anything here they should educate themselves to understand the time and evolution of events. Twisted warped views like what's presented here is how conspiracy theories come about. The majority of people don't even know who their reps. are now they are supposed to believe quotes and references from a hundred to 2 hundred years ago?

  • At the 2008 Kentucky Republican Convention, the establishment set an agenda of 2.5 hours of time wasting nonsense followed by half an hour of their agenda with no time to pause, reflect, discuss or debate. The goal was to railroad the convention right over the Ron Paul minority. One of the bits of time wasting nonsense was a resolution to honor Lincoln. The Paul delegates remained seated during the vote. I heard my establishment county chairperson behind me say, "They don't even like Lincoln?!?"

  • @Liberty4Ever I'd love to have that on tape. Very interesting story. Thanks for sharing.

  • @PatriotReview I think I have at least the audio of a Ron Paul Republican at the state convention addressing the chair and saying, "This used to be the Republican Party, not the Nazi Party."

And there was a good video of the RPK chairman sending two sergeant-at-arms to evict a veteran who also happened to be a 105 pound young woman, while her husband was next to her but prohibited from speaking as active duty military personnel.

That stuff will be tame compared to this year!

  • I will say it again! "I SPIT ON THE LEGACY OF ABRAHAM LINCOLN."

  • "From 1861-1865, the damnyankee came down into Dixie and waged 'total war' on the Great South and committed brutal acts of violence against Southern civilians, soldiers, and slaves."

"For 4 years, Northern scum illegally invaded the Great South and terrorized and killed Southern civilians, soldiers, and slaves."

"For me, loyalty towards the Great South is stronger and runs much deeper than patriotism towards the Union. Screw the Union."

  • "Be a Confederate!"

"It's not just the South...it's the Great South!"

"I was born and raised a Great Southern Loyalist in the beautiful and wonderful land of Dixie!"

  • This video is very one-sided. It doesn't reveal where these ideas came from...Lerone Bennett's book 'Forced Into Glory." It doesn't reveal that author's own prejudices. It does not address how Lincoln promoted the idea of blacks voting in 1865. It also does not address how Lincoln dropped the idea of colonization in 1863. This video is designed to present only one side of the issue...and everyone is ready to burn their history books in favor of another book??? In favor of a youtube video???

  • Goddam criminal made into a martyr

    isn't that a bitch?

  • ok so what is the point of showing people wounded in the war? I could find pictures of Northern soliders wounded as well. If you want a fact, it was the South who actually started the war. Where is that fact?

  • It was always about the centralization of power and debt.

  • THEY kicked states rights out in 1850's. This is mind blowing! I never knew. As with most, I was taught something much different. Wow, when the majority of our black population see this information, it will really blow their minds too! All races in the United States of America need to get out and vote for Ron Paul. Right now, ALL people are being treated as slaves in america! He's the only man who fights for getting freedom back in this country! If not, the states may have to secede - Revolution!

  • @337noname Do you deny Lincoln said those things? So if the south was to blame for the war, where did they strike first?

  • @WashingtonEnema Lincoln wasn't part of the CSA or any of the southern states governments. What the South did, they did on their own. Yes the South started the civil war. The first attack was on USA troops at Fort Sumter. Do you truly know so litlte about our history? How sad.

  • @337noname When did I give you a run down on all I know about history? Are you so idiotic that you think not remembering something I learned in high school means I know little? Nice personal attack bitch.

  • @WashingtonEnema You asked a question. I answered it. You go postal. LMAO!!!!

  • @337noname calling you bitch is going postal? you sir are an idiot. do you even know why people use the term going postal? I'm pretty sure I don't work in a post office nor do I own an automatic weapon that I intend on using in a work place. Maybe you could try a little dignity and respect in your comments that way you would get it back. Btw sending supply's into a foreign countries territory could be considered an act of war. They were asked to leave fort Sumter which was not Union territory.

  • @WashingtonEnema You use terms like "bitch" and "idiot" but want dignity and respect?!?!? Top that off with the fact you don't know who started the Civil War or why, you are down right comical.

  • @337noname Well its kind of like a parent giving a kid a taste of its own medicine so if you don't like it done to you don't do it to me. I never claimed to be an expert on the civil war nor did I really give a crap about it till recently. Do you really think I want to find out every little detail about an illegitimate criminal governments actions? Its comical that you expect everyone to know every little detail about everything, and you're immature enough to disrespect people over it.

  • @337noname Btw the south didn't start it if the Union sent troops in with supplies to Fort Sumter, that would be considered a provocation. If they were asked to leave the South's territory and didn't that also would be considered an act of war. Since you're the expert you should know this. Also if you read the constitution it says that states have a right to legislate their own laws and leave the union as they see fit. Didn't China recently kick the UK out of Hong Kong? Same thing.

  • This video is gonna really make me do some big time American soul searching, and I need to find a good history book!!

  • This is much much deeper than I thought. Ron Paul really knows the source of the problem.

  • What's done is done. We were not there between 1830-1865. We do not fully understand the culture, the mid set, the thoughts of the people of the time. We can read their words, study the history, but we interpret with our values of today. Right or wrong by means and method, slaves became free...minds today are so far apart than what they were in 1860. We are today because of what happened yesterday. I will vote for Ron Paul....but only because of what he speaks about on today's issues!

  • it's really gut-wrenching when you realize that everything you've been told is a lie.

  • @Danlovesmakinvids exactly what i was going to say.......

  • This is one of Those Things: Imagine they gave you only one book in public school, now imagine watching this video and then rip out every page with a lie on it, you're left with nothing but an empty book.

  • @TinyMcLarge The reason his monument is the biggest is exactly because he glorified the state by killing 620,000+ people. The elites love Presidents who kill alot of people and centralize power.

  • @PatriotReview You're so full of shit saying crap like this. ..making up bs like "elites" and talking about Presidents "who kill alot of people ". .. This mentality is scary

  • My whole view of Lincoln changed after this.

  • @nexgensound I'm astounded my video could have such a profound affect on you. Thanks for watching.

  • @nexgensound I used to think Lincoln was a great prez (in my top ten) he has now dropped to near Jimmy Carter and Barack Obama

  • The South still suffers from Reconstruction by way of continued integration & quotas imposed by courts. Most northeners don't hear about it but our taxes are still paying to bus & hire the unqualified

  • @Ipostle any links or info you care to post? I'm interested in the subject I'm not calling you a liar.

  • @pbfrank13 "The Supreme Court's longstanding support of gov. sponsored public school integration essentialy ended in June 2007" says the papers but Southern States' Districts remain under Court Jurisdiction by the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights. Google:" School Desegregation" & any southern state's name & you'll see a list.Google:" School Desegregation" & northern state's name & there's no current list. Also :" 212 Reynolds Case"

    1) Lincoln was a tyrant, who broke the laws of his time. He committed impeachable offenses, and his victims knew it.

    2) Those who WOULD have been born (possibly even us, in some form or other), if Lincoln had been stopped, would have perfectly PLAUSIBLE REASONS for believing that THEIR circumstances are valid, that life would be terrible if Lincoln had continued.

  • 2 of 3

We DON'T KNOW what life would be like, if Lincoln had been stopped immediately after he imprisoned the first reporter, after his committed his first treasonous act. We can't predict our future, nor the future of an alternate reality.

But there's one thing we DO know, and another thing we can be fairly certain about -

  • 1 of 3

The main flaw with the worship of Lincoln, is the flaw with ANY 'what if?' scenario. You can't predict the future of our world, in any substantial detail, and you can't predict the future of an alternate reality. We may THINK that we know what would happen if Lincoln had been stopped, but we don't REALLY know. We have PLAUSIBLE REASONS for believing that chaos and slavery would have reigned in America.

WHAT IFs are a form of forecasting, something that human beings don't do very well.

  • People do not realize that slavery was not racist by any means, but classist. People of lower class no matter what color, were slaves & indentured servants. What most people don't know is there were prominent people with colored skin in the South as well, and guess what, they owned slaves too. this is stuff you dont learn in school my friends, the best education is self education, read more books!

  • The problem is most uneducated Americans will assume you are a racist if you say anything good about the South trying to secede from the US. Many people who tout the southern flag do so in a manner than suggests racism, white supremacy, etc.

  • this is one of the most outstanding videos, I've ever seen on youtube.

  • The founding fathers knew freedom would bring people together. We lost that powerful message. Ever since, we bring people together by force...The founders were not perfect, they, through a democratic vote, allowed slavery- against the law of the republic (constitution) that says ALL men are created equal. Thats what bipartisan is in a democracy. THIS IS A REPUBLIC, ONE LAW, THE LAW OF THE LAND..ALL MEN ARE EQUAL....RESTORE THE REPUBLIC & PROTECT LIBERTY FOR ALL!!!!!!!!

  • So much to say and yet, I don't know where to begin. What is true is Lincoln's was first concerned with keeping the union together. In doing so, he did whatever he could to keep it together. Put in jail the opposition in the North.... yep, you betcha'. After the South took control of some forts, factories, ports, etc., that belonged to the United States, he wanted the United States property that was confiscated/taken over returned. Then with the fall of Ft. Sumpter, the war started.

  • Any South Carolinian voting for anyone other than Paul is simply evidence of Stockholm Syndrome

  • this is inspiring

  • @tdjorda1 Thanks =) Please spread it. South Carolina must know that Ron Paul is their greatest supporter.
