Tracy, Thats what I was trying to in this video with the screen? WMM I found plug ins to do it only with effect type screens that move, shrick, but it doesnt just make a box that stays there?

Thanks Dave! What I had to do was put video on a 2nd track then use the event pan/crop tool. Then stretch it out larger than the box and reposition it until you get it where you want it on the preview window which show both tracks mixed together.
