I wasn't no die hard fan of theirs , but I admit some of their songs were good and after seeing this video the Blonde and Ginger looked good in this video.
I'm 25 years old and I miss these days like you wouldn't believe!! I absolutely LOVED the Spice Girls!! I remember going to one of their concerts and sitting directly behind Mel C.'s and Emma's parents (who were all super friendly and sweet). Had a blast!! I wish I had a time machine so I could go back to that night.
omg i feel sorry for the lil kids now who grew up in the 2000's lmao me and my friend grew up listening to spice girls and britney spears but i think the spice girls had the best postive attitude and itinspires many young woman...who listened to em lol god i feel sorry the lil kids nowadays! GIRL POWER!
For a heterosexual male surely your favourite is either Ginger or Baby Spice? To think otherwise is loco. If you prefer Baby spice thumbs up this comment.
LA LA LA LA LA LA LA LA LA!!!!!!!! SPICE UP YOUR LIFE!!!!!!!! I have the movie Spice World cassette! (silence) What? You guys don't remember what a cassette is? God... You guys are getting old.
this was MY SONG. MINE! Back in '98/'99 xD Damn i miss seeing Spice Girl EVERYTHING wherever you went. Im glad to say i was able to experience this back in my childhood.
If people call you gay because you like spice girls.. there hot.. so who gives a crap i like them and im a guy.. and i'm straight edge and im better than you!
i miss the spice girls when i was a little girl i loved them so much....even tho back then ppl thought they were cheesy...i hear there songs now and there dope :)
im a male, 22. when i was in grade 4 me and my friends used to collect the stickers from the spice girls gum and other candy and all had crushes on all of them! Thanks spice girls!
@ZombieGirl345 Really? For me it has only been 4...But then again I have lived in England with my cousin for about 3 years, the 90's went on until 06 there, 07 was the last glimps and in 08....Gone.
Ha this brings me back to second grade when our music teach had us bring songs we like and somebody brought this. First song i got sorta obsessed over :P
Videos perfectly reflects the time when The Spice girls did rule the world- they were everywhere from crisp packets to lollipops. Spice Girls photographs, stickers, Chocolates (each spice a different kind!), deodorant, pepsi cans.. i could go on. But the moral is 9 number one singles in the UK and 75 Million plus sales around the world- we will NEVER see a phenomenon like this again
@natz420 lol and what do you know, are you even from England?... you can't comprehend the phenomenon that was the Spice Girls. the only reason lady gaga has sales is because there wasnt mp3, there was only casettes and music has completely changed since then. no ipods, no sites to download music. this was back in the day when music made you feel something as opposed to having the most sales.
I hate how Mel C got all the parts. I don't like the sound of her voice... ah well, I guess she was the only one who could somewhat use her voice... sortta.
Ahh grade 5.... I miss being young (I'll be 22 in two months basically an old lady now)
@Nicollie1062 Don't get down, little miss. You can do anything you want, age 22 is even before it all starts; Try something, don't like it, stop. Chase the rainbow! Unicorns...are...nice.
@imobeus1 I saw that in the theater son....I remember at the end when the Spice Girls are fake talking to the audience, and my friends and I were freaking out we thought it was the coolest thing. bahahaha
I was in high school when the Spice Girls were together. Ugh, I miss them! This does make me want to go back to the 90's, however NOTHING is worth going back to high school LOL!
@ratcatdogbutt early stuff and even the spice girls first solo albums only theres first solo albums still had the 90s essence and were good music after that they faded and music went shit !
I'm not considered a 90's kid (seeing as how I was born in 94) but the 90's had some amazing music! I love the Spice Girls when I was little.I'm 15 now and still listen to their music : )

I remember being in 5th grade and the halloween party our class threw had 3 Baby Spices and one Sport Spice LOL good times!
@sanitariumcalls I'd say late 80's to early 90s. I was born in '91 and am definatley a 90s kid. I remember waking up early morning on weekends and sitting in front of the tv to watch them perform on 'noels house party' lol.
I remember when I was little my family and I loved the spice girls I got all their cds and spice world I still watch it from time to time I miss them and those memories
9O's kid right here , im only 13 & i remember EVERY single spice girl song (: this was one of my faves, i also loved wannabe and say you'll be there. i remember watching spice world around 200 times when i was younger, and when it came on sky anytime i watched it about 3 times a day . (:
@MiszRhianna Same here, I am only 13 (born in 1997) and I remember the Spice Girls, I used to watch their movie Spice World all the time and play their PS1 game! Baby7Emma was always my favourite :)
@church2550 no that doesn't make you a 90's kid. that's like me saying i'm an 80's kid caus i was born in the 80's. it only counts if you can remember more than half the decade growing up
@jacree09 yeah i agree i was born in 1994 but i remmber being 4ish going through my tv seeing the spice girl everywere and hating them cos they wouldent piss off lol but i love eme now :)
@PuffAcademy lol please. are kidding me? if u were born in 95 you did NOT grow up listening to spice girls or backstreet boys... more like the pussycat dolls and britney spears (when she got slutty, not back when she was young and innocent)... I GREW UP listening to spice girls and backstreet boys since i was born 1989
@thugz00 Really? Well Spice girls first album came out in 96, same with backstreet boys, nsync was 1998, and Britney Spears was 1999 so I really doubt you were listening to them since you were born... And you can't actually assume that since you don't know me. So really if you look at it, Its more like I grew up listenign to them rather than you...
@PuffAcademy i get your point but sweety in 1996 you were 1 year-old... in 1999 you were FOUR... no 4 year-old listens to adult pop music sorry... you were more into barney and the teletubbies and little kids stuff like that AT THAT TIME... when those artists (SG, backstreet boys, britney ect) were at their peak... on the other hand in 1999 i was TEN. many ten year-olds listen to pop music. my point is, sure you ''grew up'' listenin to the spice girls, BUT (cont'd)
@PuffAcademy BUT you started liking them and listening to them when they were way over forgotten and unpopular... heck by the time you started liking them i bet they already split up and were no more ''spice girls the group'', just each singer on her own. thats my point sweety, for you to say you were a 90s kid and grew up listenin to spice girls, you actually HAD to know them at the time they were at their peak and most popular... i did, you didn't. but its fine you had your own good stuff too
@thugz00 yeah i can, i just saying that just because i was born in 95 doesnt mean i didnt grow up listening to this stuff. I listened to spice girls until i was like 11 years old lol
omg I loved them when I was 9 (now im 21) and I STILL remember the dance they did to this song, in the movie :) I still have the vhs and shirts lol I miss childhood memories like these! <3 thanks for the upload

Indeed, but they marketed themselves too much and they were all over...and it was over pretty soon.
1997 was THEIR year, 1996 and 1998 weren't as strong, and 2000 was the end. They should've taken it a little slower.

@church2550 no being born in 1995 makes you 2000s kid sorry. I was born in '89 so im the 90s kid. but you're a 2000s kid.

@thugz00 Thats so not true! We were born in 95 and we grew up listening to SGs Backstreet boys, Nsync and BS

@PuffAcademy lol please. are kidding me? if u were born in 95 you did NOT grow up listening to spice girls or backstreet boys... more like the pussycat dolls and britney spears (when she got slutty, not back when she was young and innocent)... I GREW UP listening to spice girls and backstreet boys since i was born 1989
thugz00 1 year ago
@thugz00 Really? Well Spice girls first album came out in 96, same with backstreet boys, nsync was 1998, and Britney Spears was 1999 so I really doubt you were listening to them since you were born... And you can't actually assume that since you don't know me. So really if you look at it, Its more like I grew up listenign to them rather than you...

@PuffAcademy i get your point but sweety in 1996 you were 1 year-old... in 1999 you were FOUR... no 4 year-old listens to adult pop music sorry... you were more into barney and the teletubbies and little kids stuff like that AT THAT TIME... when those artists (SG, backstreet boys, britney ect) were at their peak... on the other hand in 1999 i was TEN. many ten year-olds listen to pop music. my point is, sure you ''grew up'' listenin to the spice girls, BUT (cont'd)
thugz00 1 year ago
@PuffAcademy BUT you started liking them and listening to them when they were way over forgotten and unpopular... heck by the time you started liking them i bet they already split up and were no more ''spice girls the group'', just each singer on her own. thats my point sweety, for you to say you were a 90s kid and grew up listenin to spice girls, you actually HAD to know them at the time they were at their peak and most popular... i did, you didn't. but its fine you had your own good stuff too
thugz00 1 year ago
@PuffAcademy whats wrong with being a 2000s kid anyway? can't you just accept that?
thugz00 1 year ago
@thugz00 yeah i can, i just saying that just because i was born in 95 doesnt mean i didnt grow up listening to this stuff. I listened to spice girls until i was like 11 years old lol
