i dont see y not I had to change the size of the water pan the one in this vid was also to large if you watch my vid on smoking kielbasa u will see the size i used it worked well.. Thank You for the comment!!!!

not bad at all!! i want to do that with my brinkman box charcoal smoker. i wonder if it will work the same way.....
