  • Hello Daniel

    My name is Jonas Boll

I have a Virus SW on order from Guy.

So.... what exactly is happening in this video (sorry, I don't know the French language)

what has caused the fuel starvation? I see the left tank valve is closed, and you guys look happy.

    are you just experimenting?

  • Hello Jonas,

it was the last flight of the season 2008, and the objective was to empty one fuel tank above the airport, land and remove the wings for winter.

We were laughing hearing the conversation of two other pilots speaking polish with a stuck PTT in the circuit.

Yesterday I went to see Guy working on the Virus SW kit.

    It looks very nice!!!

    Happy Landings,

    Daniel

  • aaah. makes sense. Thanks.

  • The Sinus Flight manual and Maintenance manual

on the Pre-flight check-up section states:

    Emergency parachute release handle:

    safety pin removed.

    and also:

WARNING! Activation handle safety pin should be inserted when the aircraft is parked or hangared to prevent accidental deployment. However, the instant pilot boards the aircraft, safety pin MUST be removed!

  • The safety pin from your emergency parachute is not removed ?!?
