  • Ive done both and in my experience the Ab Ripper X program shatters Ten Minute Abs hands down. It's a work out that is longer, works all of your abs, core butt and even legs. Plus I noticed much greater results on P90x as a whole over any other workout program ive done.

  • @Magik604 I agree, me too I have both and Ab Ripper X is 100000x better than 10 minute ab trainer. The hardest is Killer Abs (One on one with tony horton), its P90's ab workout and P90x's killer abs in one single workout!

  • i think this is a great workout. I wouldn't know all the results but I would think it is a great workout for those that don't have much time to workout. Tony puts out great workouts!

  • lmao, that's exactly me working out to tony's 10 minute lower ab workout the other day. It was so tough that my husband thought I was crazy for even trying. Eventually, I'll accomplish all the ab moves the more I work out to his ab video.

  • yeah. it gets easier with every attempt. i cant say that I can get through the whole thing myself but it is a good core workout!

    ab ripper is way more difficult. I could do this easily all the way through. I have done ab ripper 5 times and still can only do 10 out of the 25 on two moves and need a rest.

  • When i do Ab Ripper X.... I dont really feel much pain or burning on my abs... i feel it on ly legs for some reason! any help please

    am i supposed to tense my stomach while im doing it or what?

  • really!, are you in good shape already? i would think the first 3 moves are tough on the legs, but the rest is tough on the abs

  • it is a good workout. I prefer doing p90x myself. but all beachbody programs work. it depends if you commit to them.

  • I do the same thing when I'm preforming the Side Arm "O" Crunch. falling over a shit. But the balance is coming.

  • i think both are good. ab ripper you feel it more in your abs, but the 10 minute trainer abs is something that your whole core feels like lower back, abs, upper legs types stuff

  • Thanks for sharing. I woke up to the advertisment this morning for this workout and was thinking about trying it. I am 300lbs and I believe it would be something I Would be willing to do since its only 10 minutes a day. It just so happened that you had it on here the same day I seen the commercial. It looks to be hard work for someone at my weight but I think I will make it. Thanks for the preview of what I will be working at doing. Good luck with the complete workout if you decide to keep it up

  • I think you should really try it out. I've been doing the P90X (also developed by Tony Horton) for a while and I have to say that it's really effective. Thing is I just can't find the time to really do it. I got the ten minute trainer about a week ago and am starting on it today. From what I've seen from Tony Horton's previous work I believe it will work great.

  • you really should do it. but just so you know, there's always a catch... now i'm not trying to offend you because i do not know what your diet is like, but many people think they can do this and still eat in the portions they eat at... you must make sure you stay away from the fast foods, chips, you know all the good stuff. watch the calorie intake. i'm a teenage athlete who loves to eat junk food. so watch what you eat when doing any workout plan because all the hard work will go to waste
