Nothing is wrong with the game you just are not good at rocket jumping, valve can't fix that.

Anyone claiming that rocket jumping isn't broken must assume that everyone has forgotten how to rocket jump. How hard is it - jump, shoot ground, liftoff! That's just silly.

I'm not very happy about it either, but bugs happen. Grenade jumps work just fine - maybe learn to play Demoman for a while instead?

Stop crying about a bug that will eventually be fixed, whining won't make it happen faster. If it bothers you too much though, learn to play another class and pwn fail jumping soldiers.

Players have every right to "whine" about a glitch. This was NOT intended by Valve or the recent update. It has now (as I am typing this) been fixed, hence the video creator had every right to not like this glitch.

I knew it wasn't just me, I just wasn't sure. I knew something was wrong when I could not do the basic long jumps on Gravilpit.

I even failed to jump with a big strafe on the lantern right above blue's spawn four times in a row.... I usually do that 99 out of 100 times without failing.

Can't believe how many n00bs are saying that rocket jumps are fine. Honestly, when so many players with competitive experience are saying it, why even bother to disagree? I've certainly noticed it. Concrete bridge to badlands spire is a no go now. :(

To me it seems that they reduced the damage soldier takes from his own rocket and thats why you cant rj that high. Or is it just me?
