Rope? Really, I was 8 shooting up and down this same cliff and now I show this to all my friends every year, I make it a habbit to camp here at least 3 times a year, this is the first bunch ive none to use rope. Stick to flat groud whimps.
I hiked up and down that thing in a rain storm with my backpack and my girlfriend and a beer in my hand. Heck, I even free climbed Tower rock up and down. Took me four hours or so. You guys should stay away from the gorge if you don't have the confidence to climb rocks that you stick like a lizard too! P.S. I dont recomend drinking at the gorge or Clifty Wilderness unless you are on level ground with no cliffs around you. I just had one beer in my pack and was sick of water.

I climbed this with 3 other people & not one of us needed rope. That's wimpy.
