Can you custom make sprites or is everything already made for you?

@Pengoony2 You can make your own, but not inside platform studio as far as i know you would need something like photoshop etc

Make sure your sprites have some sort of transparent layer.

I suggest you use photoshop or so mething more professional than paint so you can make the layer/project transparent, cause if you dont the sprite itself is a picture with a background of its own.

it's such bullshit now, I had to format my computer and accidently lost Platform studio, so now if you want to download it, they charge you 15 bucks for the version that used to be free and was horribly limited! Now you can only download the same limited version but you can't save anything you make! That's crap to charge you 15 bucks for a version that used to be free and incredibly limited

No, I am not. Did you get it from the official site? Unless they suddenly changed it, if you downloaded it from the site it is only a trial version until you upgrade it.

u dont HAVE 2 use the girl. download platform studio and check out samples Maze Game and Shooter Game. I also made a character and put it in a game using platform studio.
