  • She recommends light weights and a mat. It is a good program

  • I want to purchase '30 Day Shred', 'Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism', and 'No More Trouble Zones' but know don't what weights or other tools I'll need. What does she/you recommend for these workouts?

  • For 30 Day Shred all you need is hand weights (I'm losing a lot and only using 2 pound weights) and a mat.

  • if you dont mind me asking how long have you done that 30 day shred and how much weight have you lost do far? I want to start the regiment before going back to school since it is going to be my senior year and I want to look my best. Please respond I'd greatly appreciate it!
